Yeah, that's the point. I may not be Dostoevsky, but I have some notions of how to write characters. And MC is what's called a Blank Slate. That's deliberate. You'd have realized if you had spent 1% of your time here to think about it. Or just to think, actually.
My Discord isn't full of idiots pirating the game and constantly shitting on it, yet strangely playing every single new update and being there every day to talk about it. I'm deeply sorry your obviously favourite developer was mean to you, but if you weren't thin skinned, that wouldn't have been an issue.
As the dev pointed out, MC has few defining characteristics because you're supposed to be able to project yourself on him (whether you do so or not is your pick).
Where you might be getting confused is that this is a NTS game. If half the scenes were just monogamous sex between the two leads, it would do its job pretty poorly. So of course Laura's interactions with other men are over-represented because they're the part of the relationship the game is focused on. But the other aspects of relationship and the fact that their sex life is healthy outside of NTS too are hinted at throughout the game, one example that springs to mind is how at several points in the story there are moments where even if you, the player, try to steer Laura towards engaging with the kink, she'll turn it down and say stuff along the line of "Nope, today is about us, no kink".
Now that's not to say that you can't play through X or Y scene or chapter in isolation and feel like it could have done a better job of it. Maybe chapter 50 was that for you, I don't know. But I genuinely don't see how you can play through the game and come to the conclusion that Laura and MC's relationship has taken a backseat to what she does with Nathan or the other guys.

You can't. I won't have a "unlock everything" button, because I feel it removes a lot of interesting things, but I'm working on a new system to more easily unlock pictures you're missing.

Look, I don't outright hate the guy and I do love a good dollop of vanilla once in a while. I must admit, having played through half of game from the beginning just yesterday, that a lot of stuff, even with Nathan, is great. Laura gets corrupted quite fast, at least in the beginning, but then the game loses its momentum. It's probably not fair to judge the game based on the fact that a lot of new kinks are on the brink of discovery but it felt like we hit an artificial road block that I can't really put into words. 26 updates have brought us, give or take, three sex positions?
I am not sure if the situation with Laura and Nathan will lead to up any major conflict. That's the impression I get from reading some of LeStag's answers. It would only happen if their relationship status or power dynamic was brought into question and I don't see that happening, even when Nathan gets the best day of the week served on silver platter. Can you imagine having the option to ask her not to visit Nathan anymore at one point in the future and Laura giving MC the middle finger instead? I don't. She probably would just pack her things and pretend that Nathan had never been a part of her weekly routine. Besides, it wouldn't matter much since we won't get to witness Laura enjoying her time with him unless they happen to have sex that day.

No need to (re)move Nathan . He works as a wonderful counterbalance and stimulant for the MC, so that he does not relax and does not think that the world revolves around him. Or need to add an even more charismatic and "more gifted" lover for LauraFor those concerned about Nathan, know that I heard you. I still have to use him for a specific story moment, but after that, he'll be put on the backburner for a while, and Laura will go looking for some other mens to add to her harem.

I would say a good balance would be that he's still around, but that some or most of Laura's future firsts (first threesome without MC, first free use, first DP, first BDSM, ...) don't feature him, as I think at least some of the complaints come from how he's often been the person Laura has broken new grounds with first, with first raw, first anal, first threesome, first creampie, ... (some of those are only firsts unless you count MC depending on how you play it, but that's still new grounds for Laura), which makes him seem almost too important.

It's not the story of a couple drifting towards NTR, it's a story about a couple exploring NTS for both of their pleasure. Even when Laura degrades MC's sex game, it's made clear it's part of their kink.

I haven't left a wall of text here for a long time X) although I am not the target audience, I think my opinion will be interesting to someone here.
To exploring NTS - I mean that this includes changing partners, places, discovering new kinks and ....... that's all?
I understand that for a certain audience this is enough.
But the beauty of this game is that it allows you to play out scenarios that go beyond vanilla NTS and that's actually why I'm here.

I will say that I do not tolerate sharing and NTS and despite this I like the game.
It's amusing to me that, more often than not...at least from what I can tell, that the update is typically posted a week or two after the patreon release. Like, if you don't want to pay...just wait a little bit and you'll get to play it...like...it's a porn game at the end of the day. It's not that deep. Folks need to learn to have a little patience. Chill, relax, you can jerk off to something else while you wait. That being said, obligatory Nathan spiel....Tara rant....Ashely this, MC that...something something bbc, why no betrayal of MC's trust even though the description clearly states it won't happen...did I get most of the overused talking points? All in all, fun game Le Stag.

That'd be nice, but I'd like to humbly request a cuck route where Laura/Nathan/Hugo/Marcel goes first.
Could make for a nice dynamic where you're not the first one to have sex with her, but she has some nice things to say due to the friendship built up over the game and helping her build confidence. Bonus points if she has red text bubbles that basically says "I can't really feel your PP, but I'm happy to finally try this out with you" or something along those lines.
