Obviously no one wants it to take time away from this one, but after this is complete I wouldn't mind playing that one after for sure.

Agreed, as someone who plays predominantly on the stag route, I never understood the problem people had with Oliver.

I like this game a lot, but the "problem" would be that MC can not say NO to Laura regarding Oliver or mike, you can not avoid them, and at least in the stag route MC should could say no and Laura should not have sex with them because MC did not agree to it.

There should not be that loss of control in the stag route, you can not even establish that Laura should have sex with them only with a condom (Nathan included) and raw only with MC.

But there are chapters dedicated to Oliver and mike, so to remove then, add more variants and that, would be more work, so It is understandable, it is what It is.

Still the game is a rare one among the genre. It is actually good and fun and funny. Has and actuall story and the progress is mostly natural so to speak.

I do have to admin that developing each path with its miriad of options 100% would take much much more time and resources.

Let's not forget this is a game where choices actually matter for the most part. That is very very rare already. And the game is fun and enjoyable as well. Which is also very very rare in this genre of copy paste slop.

P.S. I also dont really like Oliver and Mike and also the fact that you cant say no to them....! Still so far its been good overall.

I think Tara has kind of balanced it out a bit....

I actually have the feeling that Le Stag is somewhat the victim of his own success here. As you said, the game's overall quality and high reactivity to your choices seem to have spoiled some people. When they inevitably come face-to-face with one of the unavoidable plot points that Le Stag feels are essential to the story he wants to tell, they're surprised that they can't influence it as they're usually able to. But let's be real here. Given the number of variables that have already been implemented, the code must already resemble a Jackson Pollock painting. There's no way to please everyone all the time.

I just know that I'm fine with a few moments where I would've liked more freedom of choice, as long as I get to continue building my little harem of wholesome fuck buddies in the Madhouse (Tara, my beloved!) next to the main events.

I agree, but only in terms on holiert-han-thou tough if I can be frank. He was too sure he could deliver gold because of the rapid success of his project that he thought he could just wing it and people would lap it up. Well, the project is still very successful, especially business wise, but it looks like he had more problems reintroducing a single character than he should have. At least, it didn't feel like he had a clear vision what to do with Oliver (hence the 3rd attempt of changing the overall tone) which has more to do with inconsistent story telling than it is a coding problem.

Le Stag obviously wanted to give Laura some autonomy, which is a good thing - that makes a her a character, rather than just some sex robot. It makes sense she gets to choose who she fucks and how she fucks them. This game is telling a story, it's not some simulation where you control each and every aspect. Perhaps the dev has made a mistake giving too much choice in certain areas, thus it stands out when the player isn't given one.

I think the MC (and thus the player) already has enough control by filtering out the kinks they don't like (which makes sense - this is porn, after all), plus he can still say no to allowing bulls to creampie Laura, so I don't see what difference it makes whether they wear condoms or not.

Like I said in my post, the only person that makes logical sense (from a narrative POV) for MC to veto would be the coworker, due to the whole "don't shit where you eat" type thing. But even then, this game operates in it's own reality, where this type of relationship just coasts along without any problems (internally at least), so we know everything is going to work out in the end.

I see what you're saying. But I would think that is more owed to the fact that this is his first project like this. At least as far as I could discern. It is also his only big revenue stream. Based on his earlier post, where he said he never wanted to cut Oliver in the first place, I assume he was simply overwhelmed by how people blow up on the internet, even if it's just a vocal minority, and then he overcorrected. In my opinion, the rewrite we got now, where we can tell Oliver to tone down his rhetoric, would have sufficed in the first place, but good luck making all the right choices the first time when you're suddenly in the spotlight.

Well, because in real life, this kink of wifesharing does exist and there's a spectrum to it. While it is true that on one end of the spectrum, you have real cuckolds and slutwives that are into humiliation, gangbangs, and fucking anyone under the sun and whatnot, there's also the other end of the spectrum of hotwife-ing where it's not just about the wife fucking other men, but also about who she fucks. Some go as far as to only fuck with a dedicated FWB. And it's not just about the husband picking and choosing, but both of them agreeing on someone, because the wife can also say no to someone that the husband approves of.

It's true that the cuckold end of the spectrum tends to get much more attention, due to how extreme it can get. That and people on the other end of the spectrum tend to be more secretive about it to avoid the lifestyle from affecting the way their friends/family perceive them. I just feel it'd be a disservice to the kink to only cover one end of the spectrum and not the other. But at the same time, it is, and should be, completely up to LeStag to write whatever they want to write about; IMO, it's wrong for our opinion to change what he wants to write, against his will.
