Some of the best netori updates I've played recently:
The King of Summer [No Try Studios] - Very enjoyable game built around netori, since 2/3 of the story arcs right now use the theme. Initially, it seemed to be double-dipping since you can play both the bull and the cuck, but dev seems to have read the room well, since the new stories are all bull-focused. The main character Kendo is a nice change from the norm, since he starts out a decent guy with a big dick, a widower who seems to have left his wild days behind him, but being in the company of busty young women a little dissatisfied with their relationships awakens the fire in him.
Koikatu engine has some issues with sex scenes (especially BJs where it seems like the women are completely missing the bridge between nose and upper lip), but if it allows devs to pump out updates fast, it's a worthwhile tradeoff.
The story starts out with Kendo inviting his nephew and wife Satoshi and Mary over to his resort, and while the couple are all lovey-dovey, things aren't really lighting up in the bedroom. Mary's dissatisfaction is eventually made known to Kendo, who can't help but suggest ways to raise the heat. Of course, those suggestions involve practising with Kendo first.
A later update in the game has another couple, Yoshi and Natsuki, visiting the island. Now those two have already come up with a way to add some spice into their marriage, which is to pretend that Natsuki is having an affair with a fictional Boss character. Just so happens that the description they came up with for the Boss suits Kendo down to a T. When Natsuki confides in Kendo that their roleplay is having diminishing returns, he suggests that the scenarios they are inventing for her cheating are unrealistic, and setting up more credible situations where she's cheating with the Boss would make it a lot hotter. No surprise about where that leads to.
Love, Lust, and Rock 'n Roll [FlinPaltwell] - This game already had a great netori arc with Julie (girlfriend's mom), but an update has added another fantastic episode with a new character. Highly recommended.
At your band's gigs, you meet Samantha, a huge fan of your music, who's accompanied by her boyfriend. Later, you bump into her while on the town, and spend the day killing time with her. At the end, she hesitates, but then says she has something to show you in her hotel bedroom. Turns out she found a wedding ring in her boyfriend's bag and realised he's planning to propose on the trip.
After she goes on about their deep undying love for a while, you eventually figure you should head out, but she has a moment of madness and asks for a kiss before you go. That kiss gets hot and heavy, but is interrupted by a message from her boyfriend. Initially, that cools the fire down, but when the boyfriend says he'll be late coming back since he's partying with his friends, the two of you immediately lose the clothes and get to smashing.
Lots of great dialog (and interior monologue) about the cheating while you're fucking, and most of it very convincing, which bumps it high up the netori charts.
Apocalust [Psychodelusional] - Obviously the goto game if you want great renders and over-the-top bodacious bodies. There have been a couple of netori arcs so far, the main one gets continued in the latest episode.
Ava continues to get ignored by her scientist husband in more ways than one, since he still has ED issues and is preoccupied with the launch of his new product. Leading up the launch, Ava takes out some of her frustration when her husband won't hang around long for a couples photo by getting naked for a special photo. In the car ride over, the equipment takes too much of the space, so Ava ends up having to sit on your lap. She starts out teasing you with some grinding, but you don't let it stop there, pulling the top of her dress down to indulge in some titplay.
Backstage at the presentation ceremony, you're both still fired up. While her husband is making the presentation, you start taking the dominant role, getting Ava on her knees and whipping the dong out, so you can direct the sex-starved wife into a whole lot of depravity. Of course, she misses her cue when she's supposed to come out and present the formula to the audience, so eventually her husband comes back to check on what's causing the holdup, and sees the result of the devastation. Top-shelf renders and animations, and it's fun when you start dominating Ava after her initial haughty treatment of you.
Grandma's House [Moonbox] - Seems like this game is constantly on my list, because updates drop so fast, and there are several netori threads in there. But those are two traits that should be celebrated, so I'll keep mentioning when a new update delivers.
Your ongoing threesome with mother-daughter duo Jada and Aaliyah continues when you visit their house for dinner. Head of the family Jerome really doesn't like you, which makes your shenanigans with his wife and daughter all the more fun. The action starts off when you eat out Jada while she's making dinner. Then during dinner, Jada takes out your dick and strokes it while Aaliyah sucks you off under the table. After dinner, you first head into Aaliyah's room, spending a few hours rocking her world. Then you move to the master bedroom - Jerome has had too much to drink and is out for the count, so you can fuck Jada right there in the bed, only rolling off to the floor and continuing the action when Jerome is temporarily roused from his stupor. Taking Jada back to Aaliyah's room, you spend the rest of the night with both women wrapped around you from either side.

These were worthwhile entries as well:
College Bound [FOZ] - This could've scored higher, but the 2 netori arcs in question weren't at the apex of their stories. A little late for Jess, and stopped just short for Mary.
Jess' marriage to Mat is done, but he's left in a bad way, and has asked to borrow some money from her. Still pissed off at him, Jess agrees under one condition - that he has to watch while you fuck her. It's a full-on humiliation scene that ends with Jess sitting on Mat's face and forcing him to eat the creampie that you just left in her. Not really my preferred subgenre of netori, but it's got a lot of hot moments throughout.
The new principal Mary (who got the position thanks to your efforts) has baby-making issues with her fiancé, and has enlisted you to knock her up. Picking a date when she expects her beau to be away, she meets you in disguise (for the best, since she spots her fiancé at a red light). It's set up to be a good scene, but annoyingly the episode ends just before the action is supposed to start. Cliffhangers I can understand, but I have nothing but scorn for blue-balling cliffhangers.
The Assistant [Backhole] - The latest update has you blowing out the backs of three married women, but it's not your first rodeo with any of them, so the cheating aspect has sort of been pushed to the back at this point. Still good, but not as fun as the earlier times.
You start out the day with your friend Beatriz making you a morning coffee. You give her a mouthful in return, blowing your first load down her throat, and then fucking her to another eruption. By this time, she's accepted that she doesn't love her husband, and is willing to do whatever you want, including joining other harem members in a threesome.
Later there's a visit to high-society wife Grace (who was in the first scene in the game), whose husband has been harassing one of your friends. She knows he's been cheating on her for years, which is why she has no qualms hooking up with you whenever he's away. She relays her plan while fucking you, which is to allow you access into their house to retrieve the incriminating photos, and to fuck her again in her bed for good measure.
Finally, you get an invite from Elaine the sexpot, and can drop by to find her lounging naked by the pool. She's in the mood to be dominated, so you end up fucking her mouth and her ass. Unfortunately, the only cheating references are the constant awkward references to her as an 'adulteress' (most likely translation issues making it sound overly formal). Still pretty fun, but not as much as the last scene when you were fucking with her husband in the next room. Although the episode ends before the scene does, so maybe the next ep has a good debrief to the sex.
Maid To Please [Tutbork] - While there's no netori scenes yet in the game, I felt this deserved a mention because the writing is really good, and the main arc has good potential down the line.
Going back home to your dad's house, you meet your new young stepmom Beth. She's not thrilled at having you around because she's used to having the power around the house. However, there are ways to win her over. Two ways, in fact - love and submission. While there's been nothing sexual yet, you definitely have turned up the heat, thrown her off-balance and given her plenty to think about so far. Looking forward to more updates here, if the quality stays consistent and updates keep dropping, this could become a classic.
SinsWorld [Sw Games] - Interesting game, since it uses real porn, but they've actually shot scenes for the game, which puts it in a very specialised niche with their production. I know Lifeselector has been doing that for a while, but it feels a lot better in an engine like Renpy instead of the threadbare system that LS uses. Storywise, it ain't that special, but it's got netori, so it's on my radar.
You end up doing odd jobs at a family-run spa as part of your exile, and the first thing you notice is that there seems to be a lot of resentment between the various family members. You're supposed to be under direct supervision from the hardass wife Mary, but her husband Erik keeps interfering and asks you to carry out conflicting instructions. At some point, you can drive a wedge between the couple, and when you find her drinking wine in her lingerie after hours, you end up keeping her company and things get heated to the point where she gives you a BJ. Episode ends shortly after, unfortunately.
Heart Problems [Xenorav] - One of those 'create your own relationship' games. The main netori arc is with your not-aunt Amelie (or not-ant, as the game puts it), whose husband is growing increasingly distant, eventually driving her towards you.
The progress with Amelie is excruciatingly slow, and there's a lot of hemming and hawing about being a married woman, and also being your not-ant. Eventually, your not-uncle's callous nature steadily chips away at her defences, and you can slowly go further with her. The last update, you had progressed to spending quality time with her bare tits, before getting her to jerk you off, and then fucking her tits. Hopefully things speed up, because it takes quite a while between updates.
Knocking Up My Brother's Wife [Appetite] - Hentai game that plays like a typical hentai game. No point hiding spoilers since the name pretty much gives away the whole story. Your brother and his wife are trying for a kid, he's firing blanks, you convince her that you should impregnate her, get her hooked on your dick, and keep doing it even after she gets knocked up. You know what you're getting with this one - lots of text, comparitively few images, and strong corruption themes/dialog.

Cuck Brother [KFNstudios] - Similar to the last entry, except western instead of Japanese. Brother has performance problems with his wife, and her sexual frustration is through the roof. After some prodding from you, she starts masturbating in front of you, then blowing you. Dialog is a little amateurish, and pacing has similar problems to the brother's bedcraft (too rushed). Not finished yet, don't know if it will be. Skippable so far, unless you're a netori completionist.
Village Rhapsody [YooGame] - Stardew Valley type game where you can get it on with some of the village wives after doing favours for them. Game is fun, but the netori elements feel very mechanical and don't really play up the cheating part that much, so not essential for netori fans.

While this isn't a netori scene, the actual sex is scorching, and the vibe is so close to being in the same neighbourhood that I felt it deserved a mention. Would be fantastic if the scene could be rewritten into being proper netori, but that'd take some work. Still, one can dream:
Power Vacuum: Ophelia's Date Night [Sumatra 3D] - This could be problematic if you actually play the main game Power Vacuum, because the MC from that game is the one who gets
kinda cucked in this one, which is a 'What If' scenario that doesn't happen in the main game. But it's a good romp if you're viewing it through the eyes of Erik, who has control in this one-off.
Ophelia has agreed to go out for a date with Erik, to the displeasure of her son Sterling (Power Vacuum's MC). Since it's been a while since her husband died, and she's been out for a real date, she goes all in, dressing up to the nines and looking like a million bucks. Erik takes her to a fancy restaurant, where he's booked out the whole place just for them. He constantly works his charms on her (a bit redpill-ish, but netori isn't the most upstanding route IRL anyway), but towards the end of the night, it seems like progress isn't happening fast enough, so he spikes her drink with a drug that enhances libido.
Dropping her home, Ophelia finally gives in and kisses Erik, inviting him inside. He has to sneak past Sterling, but once they get in her room, it's go time. Erik dominates Ophelia, blowing past the limits she'd been used to. They're making a real racket, but since Sterling is watching VR porn downstairs, he assumes the screaming is coming from his video. Erik even drops some derogatory lines about Ophelia's dead husband, considering how she's never been fucked like this before. After Erik fucks her into a coma, the noise finally alerts Sterling to what's actually happening, and he races upstairs only to get a headshot from a stray glob of jizz, which lets Erik escape. Great scene, as long as you didn't have anything already invested into Sterling.
