As a lover of both genres, I wouldn't say futa is that popular as the number of games that have proper futa (not trans) themes and decent stories are still not that many, but I do somewhat agree that compared with futa-protagonist games, those that are dedicated to Netori themes are just too few, and most games unfortunately only present a snippet of this kind of plot (either one of many main LI routes or, even worse, just part of the side LI plots).

I see alot of netorare stuff but not many 3d games where mc is proper bull and steals other girls and turns their husband into a cuck and humiliates them (I know its weird), i guess its a niche category but there has to be atleast few games right.

you seem to be referring to some sort of Bull-Pov game. Its not really weird on this site, theres worse. You gravitate towards the chaotic evil side. Its a tough one I tell you that. You see, all these games are often based around one character, the protag. Thats who the player connects to. The hero of the story that saves the day and gets all the ladies cuz he is good.
And a bull that steals partners to torment men for his own sick sexual pleasure IS NOT seen as a hero. He is often seen as the "bad guy". Hence why characters like this mostly appear in Netorare games rather than netori.
The antagonist(s) of the story who is often depicted as something commonly seen as a "lesser" by the masses such as: old, ugly, creepy, superficially perverted, cocky AND for the closeted race fetishizers: black, dark skinned. So most men feel more aroused at the thought of being hurt than to hurt.
For someone to create a story where the goodguy mc steals the girls is already an uncommon thing. And for one where the big bad wolf of the story is the mc.. oof thats even rarer.
I can say I have come across content like this, but in other formats such as mangas and text stories.
I do have one in mind that comes close to what you are describing: My employee's family this one has got some active cuckolding from mc's part but be warned, the story is ass imo.
I recently made a comment here with a bunch of netori recommendations if you go up a bit. In there I mention College Daze. The mc can become pretty evil and deranged BUT its not 3dcg.
One more that comes close is The Tyrant not tagged as abandoned but consider it so. This one is an oldie, developer is still around, but he stopped givin a fuck ages ago. It has both a netorare and netori path. If you follow the netori path you get to cuck your father and he is set powerless doomed to watch his wife be corrupted by their own son(mc). Eventually he tries to kill himself and you can choose whether to save him or let him die. Unfortunately theres not much story left after that so even if you save him to keep tormenting him you wont see nothing to worth it cuz Again, the dev lost his fire and abdnd the game. Man I used to love this one so much. It used to be one of my favorites back in 2019. I remember always looking forward to the next update. At everyone's surprise he dropped an unexpected update last october after literal years of inactivity. I became so hyped only to find out the update was ass according to those who played it, so I did not bother. Give it a try anyways.
