I KNOW what Im describing here is a lot. I have seen a few games come close to this such as Corruption by Mr.c. I know you mentioned mind altering aspects are not to your liking cuz it makes it too easy. But thats the thing. It does not have to be quick. It could be like a power or drug that enhances inhibited desires. The mc is limited to how much he can abuse this. Take for example LustEpidemic by NLT and PowerVacuum by whatwhygames. In LE the mc abuses the serum to make the ladies more accepting of his sexual advances. One of them being his mom who never in a million years would allow his son to do so. The serum is limited so you have to progress through the story to find more and slowly progress with all 4 women. Then we have Pv where the mc unbeknownst to him, his mom and sisters are being drugged somehow by his creepy grandpa on a quest to corrupt and own all the ladies. Unfortunately for him he aint the mc. He makes the mistake of letting his grandson know about his plans, to humiliate him perhaps. Mc knows he has no proof or way to fight him except to protect his family by getting as close as possible to them. So it begins! a series of fortunate events for the mc as he descends into degeneracy along with his mom, two sisters and more women soon to follow suit. Despite the women having their mind altered, ready to be fucked by the mc we do not see that early on. Instead we get an optional bad end netorare scene where the grandpa is successful and takes all the women with his disgusting monster cock. Just as I enjoy netori Im also capable of enjoying netorare. "HOW? impossible! I dont like netorare therefore no one else should like it! Throw this man to the wolves!" Well its pretty simple. Put yourself in the shoes of the bull orr simply be an spectator looking through the 4th wall.
These 2 games do corruption of women pretty well without making it boring. So given the author is skilled enough he could create a masterpiece of a netori game.
I know for a fact a game like the one I described does not exist yet. Either way I remain hopeful and optimistic a group of skilled pervo individuals will come together to make this happen exactly like a dream of and I hope to be there to support them along their journey.
