For the ring thing, I know in Stellar Dream, there's a married doctor with a scene towards the end of her line where you fuck her brains out in front of her husband's cryo-sleep pod, she denounces him, swears herself to you and you can then choose to either knock her up or nut over her ring.
Phone call stuff is usually rather common too. Most of the time used in NTR but it's used in netori scenes a lot too. I can't quite recall any specific examples right now though, ironically enough.
Looks like I'm not alone in this. I was trying to remind some scene and was sure that I've seen something like this, maybe even few times, but totally couldn't think about the name. I don't play this game in fucking loooong time. But i remember going to the site of the game and seeing a few post saying this starting having a lot of netorare?(To the main character) And is starting focus in that. Is true or exaggeration?
When I played a while back, the option was always there to choose to be the cuck, it was always paths you could take so ultimately its up the player.

There is quite a bit of it. I'd say it's more corruption. But the women CAN fuck other guys. But you, the player, can control if it happens or not, prevent it, etc. Even when the women aren't yours yet lmao. And you can also just turn it off completely in settings. Ultimately, out of all the content, it's like 5% of it at best.

Shattered Minds - One LI, but literally stolen, as you're going to manipulate her mind.
New Antioch - I don't remember, if this girl is yours atm, but it's a harem game with planned pregnancy and she's one of main LIs, so if not yet, she will be.
Simple Days - One choses you, one you can "buy" from her boyfriend and one is planned to be yours in close future. But it's not exactly stealing, because in first two cases they are treaten badly by their men and in third her man is neglecting her.

The problem with a struggle with sin is that it is extremely linear despite being a sandbox. Meaning that the vast majority of the characters are locked content and storywise depending on progress with other characters. Meaning you cannot access the girls you want until you get all the girls. You cannot pick and choose, you have to literally play through each character story to progress. There is no optional
