you don't need to copy and past in the ORIGINAL game the Mod is already a game so just UNZIP and launch the game

The game just does not work as it should with bugs. Since all of the characters do not appear in the game as well as there is no quest or progress to be made. I did read the instruction "Just extract and launch" but maybe I am missing something ?
