It is very frustrating to see such little financial support for such a great project, when at the same time, some frankly bad games get thousands of bucks and then get abandoned.

The game is great but it does not have enough scenes per update. There is literally just one scene per update. Compare this to another game of the same caliber (Desert stalker for example) which has multiple scenes per update.
Its a good game, but as a sex game it is sorely lacking and there is very little scenes.
That is the main reason why I do not patreon at least for me, if the the future updates includes more scenes then I will support.

it's not a porn game dude, it's a visual novel with adult elements.... you know where the story is the main focus. That being said there was a full sex scene and a couple of blowjobs so I don't know what you're complaining about. If you want to watch sex scenes play games that focus on that.

The MC wears a gizmo for three literal seconds, discovers a key -- but ambiguous -- plot point, and rather than putting it back on to find out any further details, he ambles off for a chat with someone else, leaving all the hows and whys hanging in the wind.

Wow. That was a great update! And I have to say that the codex looks really good.
The scene with Luci was amazing! It ticked a lot of the right boxes for me - fucking her in front of Javi, making her call you whatever you want, fucking her on top of the rug that the guy spent a lot of time cleaning, making fun of him after driving her to her first orgasm, etc. I also can't help but like Safiya a lot! I'm rooting for her romance with Mateo.
The best choices weren't quite obvious in the Sextus conversation. I like thinking a little while playing an AVN, so that definitely appealed to me.
The only improvement that I could suggest is that don't make the intentions of certain characters obvious like the dock girl spying on Mateo and the merchant from Aqua Palma - I feel her raising her head slightly in the background of the merchant should've been enough of a clue to show that the MC is being overheard, which I feel was done better in the past when Mateo had to choose between saving the mentally challenged strongman or the helper. It could be annoyance for the player that he didn't obtain the best result, but I like the element of surprise where the MC is outplayed due to his past choices.
Also, I feel Aquila was a bit sidelined, would've loved to have more interactions with her after they reacquainted with each other.
Edit: Also I'd consider supporting at a lower tier, if the dev plans to make one. It's a quality game and it deserves more support. Perhaps, more players would be willing to start at a lower tier and upgrading to Citizen (or above) once they fall in love with the game.

I think it was a reasonable reaction. He has always wondered about the question and he receives a major shock when the truth gets revealed to him. He doesn't really have any use of hiding the info from Luci too tbh. Besides, he might not be in the right frame of mind after the reveal.

This is probably my favorite update/chapter! I have no issue about the lack of sufficient lewd scenes since you can clearly see the story being the central focus of this game, and in this update the balance between sexy sex scenes and plot progression is very well done! As a Netori lover, Luci's scene is probably one of the hottest netori scenes I've seen so far! Watching the dominant MC openly cucking that weak, ungrateful and gaslighting BF is so satisfying!

What an update! I see some recognition for the codex here so I'll add my thoughts, it's well done and makes me more invested in lore and story. Map is also helpful. Luci not only caught up with the rest of girls in regard of interactions with MC but outran them all . My only bad remark is that in her lewd scene after the penetration while they both stand the first animation looks kinda stiff. Other than that, everything is perfect.
The story: I can understand that that's the issue but the fact that Faustina looks like she listens to everybody without as much as having a say in the matter seems a bit ridiculous. You know, being Imperatrix and all that. I do feel kind of sorry for her.
As for Cerberus the obvious answer is Cicero but I wouldn't mind another plot twist to prove me wrong.
Also, Safiya is still the best girl. That supportive subtle hand holding was everything.

Adjustment MOD
Hi...I compiled together a few useful mod's and included a few minor visual adjustments that compliment the look of this excellent harem title. (Improved visibility, and a few utility mods to boot.)
Install:
Just extract and merge the game folder with this titles game folder (over write when prompted). Then run your game exe, and enjoy this title using the Adjustment mod compilation.
Note: This mod compilation normally would not need regular updates, (providing no major coding changes are done to the original script files of this title)... As it should continue to work for future game releases.

- Changed the default textbox, to a custom dark bottom shaded version...which aid's with viewing the dialog text without blocking the background content.
- Changed the original game_menu.png with a custom black texured version, (which visually improves the preferences settings).
- Included a edited version of gui.rpy file, which slightly increases the size of some fonts. (improved dialog visibility)
- Included the 0x52_URM tool, which allows a user to view as well edit Ren'Py titles. (Used to verify and see more data behind some of the story choices, as well it can display requirement checks as they happen through out a story. Using edit mode by pressing alt m keys together.)
- Also included a Universal Quick Menu mod, which hide's or display's the quick menu by pressing your Q key. (Used to help clean up the dialog area by hiding the quick menu from the bottom of your screen.)
- Included a custom font outline script, which adds slight dark outlines around the dialog text and the character names...(Visually improves the dialog and name text, which compliments the text against the new custom dark bottom textbox.)
- Included the Universal Choice Descriptor Mod, which is used to display on screen hidden data that is behind SOME of the story choices (if there are any scripted), which can offer game related info on screen (But NOT a walk through...only used to display choices that offer points or information).
Install:
