Hey there , we are actually done with pretty much every character now .

Most of the cast isn't of concern but rather only play as optional characters to have events with , the main cast is the family , the romance options and characters such as John's assistant and jake , that's about it.

So rest assured , characters that matter are only who are focused , we're just keeping different models for each location so there is variety in scenes when kiara does jobs rather than sticking to only one location.

I've told the writer too to stop now as well , since we have everything we could need for a plot , also from 0.6 onwards it's only going to be japan till 0.9 with very little Ny stuff as most characters would've landed in japan.

Alright I'm gonna ask you something very simple , and i want you to answer these with your reasoning.

Firstly and foremost , the game has in real time only passed basically 4-5 days at maximum. So how do you expect a story to be framed in a way that people from ny tell her about her past?

What mia just calls her and flips out saying all the things about past? or someone else?

Secondly , there's a dialogue in the latest update by sofia / doctor which says things , events , clothing , stuff might remind her and trigger these.

Things like these are already happening ( keisuke ordering the same food , her inside the baththub water scene , Ichigo telling her name and etc) . So that is exactly where the story is going . Keisuke , damian and few other characters will trigger those events as well.

Thirdly , when in heavens name did i or the story or xia herself in game says she'd teach wing chun to kiara? , she said its for self defence simply And , EVEN if we are to assume she's teaching her wing chun ( which mind you , she's not) , tell me how would one without any combat prowess would go to learn wing chun? just flail arms like ip man? No. she needs basic training first too and honestly if you expect me or anyone here to do it identically as close to a martial arts monk training , then i'm afraid you're on the wrong site.

Like dude she's just starting lmao , you expect her to reflect xia's strikes or anyone's? The strength limit / game stats is quite big , there are various training segments once you cross level 6/7.

Lastly , I usually am open to critcism on stuff but if you're just gonna nitpick about details that don't really matter in a porn game then i'm sorry you are more then welcome to just leave a negative rating and ignore the thread.

That is the problem - you can't put the story in a few days and it telling to Kiara don't have to happen now like I said in another post - That what now happens in the US has at the moment no impact on Kiara. She (and we) should get the info when it has an impact on her or her mom could inform her aunt Xia how it's going. And it is not only the story out of one view or two like for example Kiara and Kiaras mom. There are more views and all with different foci. That is what I meant with chaotic. Who said, thought or made what is not traceable later in the story. That is what I said. The time we are getting the info is the wrong time and when it will be important it is forgotten... . And these are not details, I'm not nitpicking - it is a big piece of the story. And it's not nitpicking when I said in my last post that it is weird that Kiara's corruption changes when other people do something without her influence. It's just a weird logic doing it that way.

next about WingChun - maybe I'm a bit sensible because I practice it and I'm nitpicking about that part. WingChun like it was taught by Yip Man is at first hard-line self defense developed by a female monk and the first form you learn Siu nim tao (the little idea) already is a base how to deflect hands or fists that want to hit you and do an effective counter. You can learn the basics in weeks, but sure it takes years to master it. Cham Kiu the second form continues that with the feet. You are right, nobody will learn the perfect self defense in weeks, but WingChun is one of the fastest ways to learn self defense and have fast success.
BTW I spoke about Xia when I talked about teaching it wrong. If Xia is a WingChun master like you wrote she won't block a strike like in your story, she will deflect it. Blocking is done in TaeKwonDo. I didn't say Kiara should reflect because she is never attacked by Xia - Xia should deflect. And deflecting in WingChun is not something with big movements like in Aikido. Its just turning your arm a little or moving your hand. It's not that difficult. Even if an opponent only misses by a hairs width it's still a miss.

Alright thank you for a sensible reply now , let me tell you something that might calm you as well.

So look the reason the ny events happen and just a heads-up if you care about the story , these are huge spoilers below.

Now if you played the latest update , as you know it's said veronica will challange the previous medical custody that john has when kiara comes , so that is a knowhow of now when kiara visits ny in chapter 3 , and she's in court fighting it , you aren't confused on why on earth its happening or how.

Secondly , evelyn is going to japan in roughly 0.6 i believe , so that's also needed to be mentioned as it has been in ny , because the way she meets kiara is kiara's sleeping in the bed , she wakes up and sees evelyn's green eyes and is then a good cute scene onwards.

Let's take one more example , as you might've known Jake's story has been sort of like he'll now not help john further , so what he's going to do is delete the evidence of veronica . Jake actually tells all of this to kiara in ny in future and she then tells it to her sister and etc.

Last example , you most likely remember the whole valentina fiascho that's been happening in background , now as you know she's heading to japan as well.

So don't worry it got chaotic in earlier chapter 1 because we just had several switch perspectives so we switched it to kiara's entire day then ny segments and by 0.7 most of the characters you know and are important , will be in japan and interacting with kiara one way or another , which would mean even less ny stuff.

It's literally just a bit of world building , hence why we never do ny scenes that might cross 25/30 renders.


Now for your fighting scenes , rest assured i got an animator that has the ability to recreate the flurry punches from ipman , various kicks , the stances and everything , however that comes after training level 7. (You will get animations rather than just renders at that time in training segments)



So tldr : I get what you mean , but don't worry all of this will eventually make sense and if with time passing we realize some scenes aren't important , we'll just remove them from final build ( as we did with the patricia home scene)

I don't exactly like them, I don't dislike them ether and they are well written. I just don't feel anything for them.

Oh np then lol , i was like hm i think some of the characters are written well but she likes none , anyway glad you like the females , azumi is quite explored now and rose will be too , problem is people want content + story , so writing that in a single update is quite hard hence now 0.5 has 10 versions rather than one single so we can have plenty of attention.

We've kept all paths optional so wouldn't make sense to have this be not optional , don't worry.

Although yes a bad ending does exist and just a reminder , if your overall corruption is higher you won't be able to resist / defend in future options either. So play routes properly.
