The Massage thing I had to move to later since weekend was coming , 0.7 onwards is the second romance segments where depending on stats Rose and Kiara can have their go at it or in 0.7.2 Keisuke and Kiara have that moment.
Azumi and her get intense but not fully sexual and not enough development for damian exists to lead to sex.
This is however more on the passionate sex side , if you're talking vince and chikan then I'd say that is around 0.7.5 or .0.7.6 (Heavily depending on which job you went for)
Thankfully I can fund the game till 0.8 ish so you guys can get content for sex but finishing the story I'm afraid will have to wait , game's ROI simply isn't there right now sadly. It had to be 250 to stay profitable rn its only in loss.

You can have corruption and marital arts both , it just won't have romance.

Yeah but all that is in Season 2 , that's if game does somewhat okay on steam lol
Otherwise while I won't abandon it , I'll have payments turned off and page on Hold until I can burn money for it as even team isn't interested due to lack of share.

I think the dev said it's so people can have the mc gain corruption points without forcing scenes they may dislike her having to go through.

It's because they gain corruption points for her, so Kiara can access the early corruption scenes that do involve her otherwise you would be locked out of those scenes
The animation doesn't work, even with the included fix patch, I don't know if it's just me or if I get an error when I enter the gallery, anyway, it's a shame
