The original owner of the body was heterosexual, amnesia then lesbian would raise a few eyebrows. Also MC has a past which intercepts with their new live so there is another source of conflict. There is probably more stuff that can make a good story out of that.
For my part I prefer having no male love interests, that is just my preference. I can play games with male love interests so long as MC is female though.
Something I was wondering is if it was worth taking a look at the original or I should just wait for this one to get updated. Think it would cause some confusion from the missing character or is it worth to take a peek over there?

It's still worth a look, in my opinion. But if you've read the dev's reasons for the remake, the original's gameplay will become apparent.

I honestly do like the first version but I can't fault them for wanting more options to better go with the story and scenes. Looking forward to seeing what the new engine brings!

i am the opposite, it makes me very sad to see this because imo the main thing a M2F transformation game should have is the newly female character having sex with at least 1 guy (personally I don't mind that much I would just like to see her fuck at least 1 guy, I was hoping for it every time a new update for the original came out even if it was him/her getting raped) i feel they dropped the ball by giving into popular demand like that.

The way I see it is there are hordes of games where women take cock but decent lesbian games are so rare it's like trying to find rocking horse shit.
As of now there are less than 10 good lesbian games.
It's hard to feel sympathetic towards someone that wants to try and ruin something we so rarely get. This is one case i'me really glad the dev listened and hope they stick to it.

personally I like the Koikatsu models better, i think they are more stylistic and suited the story better and I don't like that the developers gave into popular demand and arent going to have her have sex with male characters, imo it ruins the whole male to female transformation, i get that a guy in a girls body wouldn't want to initially have sex with men but to outright never even try after experiencing the new pleasures of the body just doesn't gel well with me, I would like to see at least 1 scene where she either willingly fucks a guy and decides it's not for her or is raped and confirms that she never wants to have sex with a man again, not having anything like that makes me as a lover of the genre feel like I am being cheated out of a great scene because the popular opinion was not to include it.

yea there are plenty of games where girls take cock, but how many of them have the female in question be a man that became a woman? I am not asking much this is a niche genre that doesn't have allot of good games in it and when I see a game like this that has great potential I hate it when the developers make a decision that goes against the genre itself, all I am asking for is at least one scene where she has sex with a male character.
gender bender games are about the characters exploring the opposite gender and either trying to find a way to get back to being their original gender or accepting it and becoming one of that gender and exploring all that gender has to offer.
if u want great lesbian games that's fine but this is 1st and foremost a gender bender game and should be treated as one otherwise why even bother with the fact that the main character was even a man b4 being put in a woman's body? I believe there needs to be at least 1 scene in all gender bending games that has the gender bent character have sex with the gender that they used to be.
on a side note I would like a list of those games u consider to be great lesbian games because that is very much another genre that I love allot (hence why I really love this game since it combines 2 of my favourite genres) and imo has allot more than 10 good games in it (i mean it is one of the biggest genres of porn out there) where as the gender bender genre doesn't have many good games in it at all in fact it barely has any games in it that even come close to good, I can only count 9 off the top of my head and 2 of those aren't translated (and yes NBNL is one of those) and believe me I have done allot of searching for this genre since it is my favourite genre so I know what I am talking about.

I am just voicing my opinion, I am not trying to ruin it for anyone, I just want to see this game be the best that i know it can be.
caving to popular demand is not always the best decision a developer can make
and for u to say that i want to ruin it for others is preposterous, the game is a male to female transformation game, that is the main genre of the game and should be the focus, the secondary genre is lesbian so it should be 1 of the main focuses but it shouldn't be the entirety of the focus of the game otherwise why even make it a male to female game in the 1st place?
if the only part of the game where the male to female change matters is the opening scenes then why even bother with that genre to begin with?. at that point i would rather just see her have hit her hear and lost her memories and became a lesbian because of the head injury and then go full lesbian, the M2F part isn't necessary if it isn't the focus of the game.

The point of any game is what the dev wants it to be, you trying to push what others have done on this dev is bullshit.
The issue is you aren't even asking for anything optional, you want all of us to be forced to see that shit. Fuck no.

I'm looking forward to continued updates on this. Liked the original a fair bit but the gameplay systems and massive amount of characters kinda made it more... mentally exhausting than it should be. That sequence of the... beach house? With like seven different girls there? Wayyy too many different variables/choices to keep track of.
The switch to Honey Select 2 is an interesting one. Personally, I think the Koikatsu models looked a little too dated. HS2 isn't my favorite engine but I'll gladly take it any day over most Daz3D shit.
I'm glad this game has an even stronger lesbian focus (I'm counting girl+dickgirl scenes as "lesbian") considering guys tend to look like complete dipshits in both Koikatsu and HS2.
