Until now fortunally not. In my opinion this kind of stuff doesn't belong to NCC just as incest. The MC is just a smart guy who likes to fuck the hottest babes in New Coral City.

Which are the diffenrt aproachs to Tattiana appart from Ashley gf path?
From the code & story so far the only guaranteed hopes with Tatianna are couple swaps with either Michelle or Yanmei. I wouldn't expect any swap involving Ashley.
The best approach to a solo interaction with Tatianna is maybe to damage her relationship with Connor when the opportunity arises ("tatiannaconnor -=") - but whether that brings success remains to be seen. I have a path based on that.
You could maybe use the Ashley path in pursuit of Tatianna in two ways:
(1) damage Tatianna's relationship with Connor by getting the dinner invite from Tatianna & taking a bottle of wine then successfully failing to reach a "happy" ending to the night with Ashley and not allowing the path with her to develop further
(2) have a successful relationship with Ashley but keep "ashleyperv" high, disrupt "tatiannaconnor" when you get the chance and hope for a threesome.
I have all 5 of these paths on-going and hope they all succeed - but one or more may fail.
Ask in March! Probably there is nothing coming in February.
You actually can't get with Tatianna from the Ashley GF path. you need to break up with Ashley in order to romance Tatianna

It hasn't happened yet but the dev HoneyGames did state some time back that with the right choices/circumstances you can have sex with every girl in the game at some point before NCC is finished.
Known options for swapping are Michelle & Yanmei - with "tatiannaconnor" at a good level obviously:

Yes, I've looked at the code. it closes off the path if you flirt with her while dating Ashley. The only paths with Tatianna are you swap with either Michelle or Yanmei
The only paths for the moment at least. Who knows what will happen if the MC is in her good books & she splits with Connor. I hope she does at least - but only HoneyGames knows for sure.
Not even sure about breaking them up since so far in the game couples that have been hinted that you can break up, break up naturally before you even get to them. might just be wasting points trying
