The last update from HG that I saw was a Patreon post in early December.
this is VN with the best interaction. so many option, many possibilities and good story. even though the art is mid
was at 1.4 then bilion lies delay 1.5 around and he decide not add new content and just rebuild game from start one more year pass still not done so if he work this speed u get maybe decent content 2030 and that big maybe he can go 2 more them ferom start re render and rebuild game
so yes this game was enter swap begining of pandemy and dead already even he decide not abondon totally u can see next party weeks maybe at 2025-2026 forget it move on
his goal probably get some fun get new pc he get his new pc and didnt get maybe enough patreon as he expected and he deicde meeh cant bother with this.but he not declared so he can milk some left over patreons
people keep defending him like at pandemy he claim like shut down italy his villahe had internet problem etc

USELESS game... too much characters... as alway where in a story there are such big amount of character the story line us poor...
Like BADIK that is a masterpiece in the genre of "too much character" but there is the "politically correct" that allow to attire many conformist people
Just check other games with tons of characters
The dev just added a lot of people to hide the facts that there is no story.. is just a common photographer that works for money...
There is absolutely nothing interesting here
FOLLOWER is much better and get rid of her ex girlfriend just was a mistake to lead the story in a stupid amount of different characters disconnected from a any real story line
this was just a collage of disconnected scenes of a ordinary photographer that works in a big city!!

Everywhere you post it's either your way or the highway. Your opinion dominates and everyone else's is worthless.
Although your are entitled to your opinion, it should be pointed out that this game had a lot of followers for exactly the reason you argue against. Lot's of characters, lots of choices, lots of variables to track. If it didn't have so many followers they wouldn't still be looking in.
And no, it is not evident to anyone/everyone, including me.

The Follower is a good game with a good story!
