No new post on patreon (the last post was at the end of November.).so...., is there any news from the dev, or is it still radio-silent
At least the dev seems to be alive, since his last login to the forum was yesterday.
Perhaps we'll have another preview of the next update in the first half of the year. Taking into account the entire release history, I wouldn't get my hopes up for an update too soon.
Still, I hope I'm wrong about that.

Hey everyone!
I just wanted to reassure you that development is going great! We’re now very close to the new release, and by next week, the first version will be sent to the testers for an initial bug check (which usually consists of small typos, mostly related to image names).
I can’t wait to release this update! With Week 5, I’ve finally reached the level I want the game to have, both in terms of story and render quality. The way different storylines and scenarios interconnect feels fantastic, and now many secondary characters have a more defined role, adding depth to the events. Some of them will even help with specific tasks, allowing the player to save time in certain activities.
The relationships with the main girls (the ones who already had frequent interactions in the early episodes) are evolving, bringing new scenes and developments for Meadow, Madelyne, and Yvette.
Additionally, there are major updates for Ashley, Tatianna, Kirsten, Maud, and Martina, who will all see significant progress in their storylines.
Social circles and work environments are now deeper and more complex, with dynamics that shift based on your choices. New Coral City is more alive than ever:
Locations and situations now have well-defined regulars.
A major event at the Pub, new interactions at SkyeBar and Paradise Club.
The importance of attending Maud’s Party, at least during the first part of the evening, to build connections, network, and discover new opportunities.
Expanded work dynamics:
- Riley’s Agency → The addition of Helga as an assistant will open up many new possibilities.
- Elita Magazine → The main character is now working closely with a group of very different colleagues, each with their own likes and dislikes, influencing the overall experience.
I know that pausing development when we were close to the finale was a shock for many (and probably a terrible idea for most ), but this new version of the game is on a completely different level, and I couldn’t be happier with it. Of course, all of this took time to set up properly, but I truly believe it was worth it. As soon as the new episode is released, you’ll be able to judge for yourselves!
Moving forward, I expect to develop new episodes much faster—the most complex groundwork is now in place, and the girls' storylines have been carefully structured. From here on out, things should be much smoother and quicker.

huh? Did MC even start a relationship in the first one? Aside from the ex-Kristen sub route (which was definitely that style), I can't think of anything else. If you're calling mc acting in porn cuck shit, you may be more removed from reality than the anime pfp would otherwise indicate.

Small Development Update!

On Tuesday or Wednesday, I’ll be passing the game to the debuggers, although by then, I believe everything will already be pretty much in place. It’s just a final check for good measure, and while they go over the typos, I’ll be adding a few last details.
In the meantime, I also managed to convert one of the legacy characters that I was still using from an old model (G2) to a new one. This will make things much easier for me in certain aspects, but I won’t bore you with technical details.
I won’t even post any more preview images.
I’ll just ask you to have a little patience—about ten more days—and then you’ll finally get to see Week 5 and all the improvements that have been made. (Unfortunately, not all the technical upgrades I wanted, but I’ll get there.)
And you’ll understand why this wait was necessary.

The problem is the opening post and the totally stupid naming. There is actually no season 1 or season 2. There are previous games set in the same universe (New Coral City, recurring characters).
"Season 2" is actually just the remake of "Season 1", same story with some cuts and changes. Also, naming the VN "New Coral City" did not help, because the previous VNs where set in the same city as well.
A naming mess started by the author and worsened by f95 moderators, who put up messy descriptions for the downloads.

To be worse, it's reported multiple times explaining the situation asking to fix it and response from moderators was "your report is rejected".
Maybe dev should make report to clear this mess once and for all.

Great update, BUT... it was very buggy, so we must appreciate our dev here who let "debuggers" do their job... for a year... or two...
