I'm going to try to create a patch/replacement for the animation files. I'm going through them one by one and checking how they run and if they need an adjustment. It's not just a straight replace from 0.2 to 0.1 as the "on screen time" is not consistent within and between files. Should have it done on the weekend and then perhaps someone can test it and let me if things work properly.
Update: I've finished reviewing and updating all of the animation .rpy files. Next I need to package up both the modified files and the originals (for uninstall purposes) and upload them. I really don't have a file host I can use for long term storage so I'm hoping I can get the size down so I can attach them to a post. We'll see how it goes but hopefully they'll be up tomorrow. I would say, from my standpoint, a lot of improvements have been made and I will include a change log so folks can see what's been done.
