I would not recommend changing any stats.
Some are obviously safe to change, like money etc, but with most other stats, you are probably going to end up braking the game by changing stats.
Having a high relationship with a girl, is not good enough in this game. It keeps track of your other relationships things you have done etc. For instance:

under STATS ingame you can boost your money pro or ass and power stats..no need to change anything else..as the way the game is coded..you'd have to alter the save every action with dames because it goes back to normal for many of the major actions..i've experimented and put Yvette to 100 love 100 good and an action a bit after put things back down to where they should be

if it's about my problems with the latest windows update. no problem. That is, I couldn't do anything. The taskbar and the desktop disappeared. The programs I was in time to open continued to work. I simply uninstalled the updates.
As soon as I finish the release I will understand what the problem was, but I am pretty sure it is nothing serious.

Nah, don't worry about it. There are a lot of girls in the game. You can in any case not get all the girls.
There is girls for all types of ways to play the game. Pervy, asshole, good guy or in between.
If I were you I would just jump in and start playing. You would know if you like the game after about 7 in-game days.
Fair warning, you can not win your bet on Melissa. Most players ask that question initially. From what you asked, I think the game would be fine for you.
