Maybe he means "next week in one year"...
I never understood how developers can never have a plan for the game. I enjoy the game and universe but it has always been clear it would never get completed due to the large number of routes and characters involved. Hope we get an update but not confident about it.
Damn algoritm does not sends me notifications from this tread!

He was hoping the release would be on the 16th of July, and now we are in late Aug.
Apparently settled 80 percent of his work commitments so he can spend time, but yet it yielded no results based on the non-existent updates.

the original plan was to end in a shitstorm where all the girls would turn on you and your caracther would be m2 into oblivion! (unless you got married to one of the love interests to protect your image...)
honey is/was a rpgm developer who tried his luck with ren´py, with an rpgm he would have already finished it!
then after he went for ren´py he went for animation when his stories were already good enough as they stood!

So,he went from engine to engine redoing original only to find out that rpgm was way better. And now after half year past he realised that he made mistake,hmm. Next step would probably be to go back to rpgm and re-do it too,no?
Posting in the wrong thread?? This was never rpgm, no engine switch.. the previous game was in Unity though if that helps
Cool, you're right. Was ages ago and I forgot about it.. Still don't remember that it ever was tbh.. I remember Follower being in Unity though..

I loved original version in any case
he used unity which had atrocious load times between screens and was a very large download every update
patreons and us here asked for ren py which works well and is small
problem is grand ideas and lack of updates, whatever the true reasons
This while Honeygames had gold in their hands
