I guess both need some progression trough story, and then for gym you need to be really fit. For hospital, i think you just get mistaken for a nurse, and you can just run along with it. Then you get option to study more but idk what that does.

This bug is old. With every new version of the game i start a new game and i always do the same: I explore everything until i stumble over the bar and there i apply for the job and as soon as i have the job i can keep exploring for days without the need to sleep or wash myself.

I'm positive, my rent started at $400/week for the first 2 weeks then he went to $750 the following week, and now he wants $1100.

Downloaded new update, start new game, and whenever I'm in town I've got this error block:

yup same here, even tried restarting and it still shows up. Gonna hold off playing till it is resolved
