Just filter out HTML? There is a filter by engine option so you can just filter it out and see everything except HTML games.

You don't have to pay to play the game though? Last time I played the only thing patreon gave you access to was the club which had like 60 seconds of content. That was a few updates ago though.

Does anyone know how to get the jobs at the gym, cult and hospital? Also how to discover the brothel.

I guess both need some progression trough story, and then for gym you need to be really fit. For hospital, i think you just get mistaken for a nurse, and you can just run along with it. Then you get option to study more but idk what that does.
