How do you get around the issue with the Bar where you can't make any money and have to deal with Carolina. I have went through all of the stuff involving her. Eventually this is going to be a pain paying rent

When you finish Carolina's story, work at the bar goes back to normal.

There are other ways to make money like working in the Gray's garden or using the metal detector on the beach.

I just tried it and it works correctly, it is locked until you finish the missions of Chloe,Brittany,Grace,Carolina and Henry.
