Interesting medical system you got there. He wakes up after 18 years in coma and is released from the hospital immediately. Not only is it stupid, it is unrealistic. He would have no muscle mass from laying on bed far 18 years. He would need to go through extreme physical therapy for many months. I know this is a porn game, but at least a smidgen of realism needs to be expected.

Kind of.
There are plenty of methods to keep muscle mass to an acceptable degree for coma patients. With that said, I do agree that they wouldn't discharge him immediately, and would probably keep him around for a few weeks to make sure that everything is okay.
Seems fun with what little there is, but I think I'm going to wait a few updates before playing again, there is VERY little content/gameplay.

Since it's in it's early stage, isn't it better to release the cheat code? At least until it gets to v0.5 (imo).

Nothing screams harem/romance more than a character (the Mc's eldest daughter) being willing to suck random dicks in the changing rooms of the clothing store 
(in this case it's obviously the Mc, but she didn't know, so she didn't care who was in the other side, and she seems to have enough practice already) Mc have a wife who has probably been drowning in BBC during the years that the Mc was in a coma (i.e. the comments she makes during the sexual scene with the Mc, or the thoughts that she has, i could be wrong, but the fetish settings say otherwise haha), then looking at the fetish settings everything makes sense, it catches my attention why Ntr tag is not put at least in the tags planned here when it is in the game settings
The game for now is really short, that is, the player doesn't even know the Mc's daughters (not even the Mc knows them haha) and the first choice with them cuts the content of the game almost in half, Impo a better option would have been to extend 1 day and have 2 continuous events instead of having to save/load and choose just 1.

I had played the version but now I see that there were many changes in the game that completely changed the atmosphere of the game, the NTR route the game is very good and the first sign is "This is the least I could do for him.. I feel so guilty..." The wife even forgot to tell him about the MC's doctor who spent 18 years in a coma, in such a hurry to have sex with Jason.
Jason giving hints to the MC is very good, very cuckold.
You nail the NTR route everything goes perfectly for the heavier NTR looking forward to seeing how you develop.
But honestly, being on the route without NTR, the atmosphere is still too horny to please the crowd who don't like NTR.
A good excuse for cheating on your wife while the mc is in a coma is the hospital bill, since the daily rate is $3,000.00 and for a person in a coma it is easily 40,000.00 and no health plan covers 18 years of hospitalization. The wife started prostitution to get money to pay the hospital bill and support her daughter.
This would be a good way to turn the wife into a cuckold queen, she feels guilty and an inferior wife for what she had to do, for her to confess and ask MC for help, I would love to see the wife be a dominant cuckold.
The Emma Stepdaughter route of buying the older clothes would be better in the non-NTR route if you used the game version 0.1 and you already wrote it, or at least change the boss to Emma's not the wife's since the blackmail video is recorded same.
This is just a warning Patreon will get on your case for incest in the same way as a step-daughter or daughter or he considers incest in the same way. Even if legally it is not incest in this situation, the only thing that prevents the marriage is that the MC is already married.

Well honestly and without meaning to offend, you should pay more attention to the details if you want to sell this as a harem/romance (which at the moment doesn't seem like it at all) when selecting the fetish setting ntr off the story sweats ntr everywhere as well. The Boss hints to the Mc that he has been taking care of the Mc's family, or if Mc doesn't rape Gina when she talks to Jason, he tells her that he has trained the little whore well, also when the Mc goes to bed and has dreams the first thing that appears to me was a dream where the daughter is DP and the Mc thinks he likes to see that, that is, ntr off and the Mc acts as a cuck....
