This. I've written a scene for Newlife, and it's a tremendous amount of work if you want it to be half-way decent.
That's because it allows for so many different character customization options that you have to factor in a lot of things and write alternative content.
Some concepts are just not feasible. Examples are this game's storylines or LabRats2's 2D paper doll. I really don't understand how people can defend a concept, where it gets exponentially harder to add content.
When you visualize your content structure and it looks like a tree, and every leaf in this tree has to be made by hand, guess how deep this tree can get until you are overwhelmed by the amount of work that you have to put in. Not very deep. That's how a bad concept looks like.

I know of Doormat and Likes to Share. If there are others it's probably Cunning, Cheater, or something like that. BF's Jerk Friend is a pretty stiff quest line.

BF (or husband) cannot have either Doormat or Likes to Share. PC must also have some amount of love for him, and I believe there is a minimum time threshold as well. Meaning he must have officially been her boyfriend (or husband) for a minimum amount of time, I *think* it's around two weeks, but could be wrong on that. After meeting those conditions the Jerk Friend randomly appears during a "free" evening timeslot, so you have to pick options like "Relax at Home" for weekday evening to get the chance for it to fire.
what BF's Jerk Friend quest line have? is there any scence pc get catch while having sex with jerk by boyfriend?

You get a initial meeting where the Jerk Friend gropes you while you're all having dinner with your bf. There's also a scene where you need a electrician/plumber & eventually the Jerk Friend shows up to help, he makes a move on you, if you accept your BF will call you, the Jerk Friend picks up the phone & makes you talk to him while getting fucked. There is a scene where he tries to get you to sleep with him claiming your bf has a debt w/ him but I don't remember if you get any sort of interruption.
There's a option where you can get Ivy to help you get revenge on the Jerk Friend by turning him into a girl, you can chose if you want him to get a personality change as well, & then there's a way to set up your bf to fuck the Jerk Friend in his new form but I don't recall exactly how that goes.

does anybody know how to trigger the fight during the blackmail event? i'm starting to think he messed with the values a few updates ago because i swear it used to happen way more frequently
can you tell me more about this fight? btw, porn star storyline only had one scene?
It just takes a while to unlock the option of recording again, should be a few weeks. The scenes are identical to the first one, mind you.
They just play exactly the same. It's a simple tease > oral > penetration > cumshot event, no acting or anything more complicated. It takes a few weeks for the "record another porn" option to show up. Pretty sure the scene has to be at least decent for that to happen though.
I think it's when a guy you've cheated on your partner with tries to blackmail you. He'll knock on your door and try to get you to fuck him again and if you refuse he'll call your boyfriend and spill the beans. I've never had it happen but maybe if your boyfriend isn't a DOORMAT and doesn't have LIKES_TO_SHARE he'll fight the blackmailer?

basically, the bf forgives you for cheating and fights the jerk, this usually triggers if you ask for forgiveness or don't bully your partner when confessing to having cheated. afterwards, the player can either go to the winner or console the loser
i'm sure the love value of the bf has to be pretty high for the even to trigger
i've tried custom npc's without those traits, usually he either forgives the player or just breaks up with her and leaves
someone in this thread or in his discord mentioned that the two male characters have to be almost similar in size for the event to trigger (a skinny guy won't fight a thickset guy)

The event is in the official content folder, you can just look at it. No need to guess the conditions.
I wasn't being remotely sarcastic, actually. Nor was I shitposting. Thanks for confirming that content addition/modding is in fact pointlessly overcomplicated because the whole system is overcomplicated, though.
There are competitors, just all of them have run into the same damn problem of getting into an ever-increasing spiral of character variables to keep track of that make adding events way harder than it should be, due to trying to track absolutely everything. The difficulty of even finding events in this means that it is TOO detailed on what flags are needed for content to appear. You don't need a million variables to handle interactive scenes. You can, in fact, just give players prompts driven by basic traits, instead of having super specific ones. That's not even getting into the timing issues this game introduces.
At a certain point, complexity does far more harm than good. This game is well past it, even though it isn't actually that complex, it's just overspecific.
