I see some vn go for gore, but most of them dont go this sadistic erotic route though. I dont play vn much, just happened to stumble onto it while browsing for depravity, other ero guro vn like this are sadistic blood, maggot baits, and euphoria. Theres also dead end aegis and a lot more but ehhhh..... I appreciate that this game exists and someone thought its a good idea to have a kid get raped, killed, and be force fed her own guts. Theres a lot of action or rpg ero guros but most dont have the same feeling as vn ero guros, just by seeing the beautiful cgs is a nice refresher even though a lot of the charm of gore or rape doesnt go away even if you dont have any visual at all, the idea is mostly enough to be stimulating cuz youre so fucked up, Also Nozomi is

I downloaded the game but it doesn't launch, clicking on the EXE pops up a blank window that closes itself, is there anything special to do to make it work?
Your file is locked behind a password, could you please tell us the password?

For those who bought the steam version and is just looking for the patch
Just download the files from here and copy "r18-01.pack" & "r18-02.pack" to the installation folder
If installed correctly you should get a prompt for the gore settings when you start new game
