In directory /locales you've got 2 directories "en" and "zh". Switch the name on those (zh to en ; en to zh) and you've just turned your game to english. Only the name of the interlocuter remains in chinese characters.
At least it worked for me.
can you upload your game folder please? i used translator++ and i injected the translation to my game but it still won't work. i even checked the translation itself and it was in english on translator++ but for some reason the game is still in chinese when i run it.

Yes, this is a bug. endless repetition of the task. I had the same problem and I solved it by reinstalling the translation. To be honest, I do not know what triggers this bug.
Did you download my archive or translate it yourself?
i download it with your ggdrive link, did you have any save file after this scene?

I think it's better to wait for the new version 0.412. Maybe some kind person will share a link to it, even if it's the cn version
