Stop spamming please, are you even actually play or just load the save? It's almost impossible to miss that scene if you actually played because it's harder to avoid it. Just talk with the fat guy and follow his request to defeat the monsters and she'll end up get raped in the toilet, the only way to avoid it is not interact with the fat guy (in common sense if you're finding that scene there is no way you not interact with him).
About the NPC blocked your way in the GYM, I think it'll bugged if you load from the save. I'm lazy to play from start to the end to test but if you start the game with out save you'll have 4 options:
1-Go from start.
2-Go from chapter 1.
3-Go from chapter 2.
4-Go from the latest update (which is after apartment scene).
If you select option 4 then the story will progress normal without bug. And save file isn't really necessary.

In the truth, i really dont understand how to rate this game... This game game is confusing. Why there is combat system and money, if there few battles and no shops? What point in ntr if mc have barely interaction with bf? This game have some focus on feet, but there is no any foot fetish scenes. This dungeon with tentacles is really weird, isnt this game was suppose to be about mc fight with monsters? Why it eventually become puzzle game? And i give about 90% that this game would become abonded, so i dont think i will get answers on my questions.
There a some close foot scenes, but no licking or whatsoever since the heroine is alone when it shows ahaha.
Shop system is there though. Either buy a condom or other things and upgrade mats but still haven't implemented some parts since its not finished yet. The update comes every month.
I dont know if you understand the story but in layman's term its like rezero. So first day, then 2nd day, then 3rd day. That's the dates the game only have. If you look into non ntr route-
First day heroine is looking for his bf. 2nd day, they had a date, 3rd day the mc propose to the heroine then delve in to some strange dungeon. End of the current.
If you gone to ntr route then yeah they had barely interaction since you're going to loop a few times in 2nd day. And interact alot more in other npcs.

The translator broken the script, just use the original Japanese data files to pass that scene then save and replace the English data.
Also there are a lot similar bug like that might happen again so you better backup the Japanese data to use when neccessary.

Yeah, there is no new version yet, he is still working on the HUD and UI. There's not much point in waiting for the new version.
