That save is from a year ago from a way older version of the game. And the game is still in the early phases and getting updates. You wont find any working saves in this thread unless someone uploads them for every new patch of the game.

i dont think there is a working gallery so far in any build, the only way is to play it, the only scenes that may be a bit of a bother is the ones that come from repeating the combat part, but if you let yourself lose or succumb to the fat guy it goes faster and you get more scenes
