Had the same issue on Lutris, fixed it (or at least it works now) by going into the game folder, opening override.cfg and changing the line "rendering_device/driver.windows="d3d12"" to "rendering_device/driver.windows=d3d12".
Basically removed the quotation marks from the value, I think those are not needed there.

I really enjoyed this game even if it's a pain to run. Although I have no idea what is new in the update, as far as I can tell you now have an internal cumshot camera angle and you can change outfits. There is also some pixel art sex scenes on the map but I don't know if there are any new scenes. If there are new scenes, I would appreciate someone telling me where. Other than that I was a bit disapointed that there is only one real-life scene in the game.

Your video card drivers seem not to support the required Direct3D 12 version.
If possible, consider updating your video card drivers or using OpenGL 3 driver.
You can enable the OpenGL 3 driver by starting the engine from the command line with the command
"Nightmare-Erosion(ntr-loop).exe" rendering driver opengl3
If you have recently updated your video card drivers, try rebooting.
Im not a computer guy and have no idea what any of this means, tried rebooting my laptop like it said but it still wont open

Is there a fix for when you enter the adventure like dream the one were you can work at the restaurant in this map I constantly loose the ability to move unless I click on the game window with the mouse but in the restaurant mini-game I lost total control no matter what I did.

Wish there more variety to the endings too, though I find ending 1 ok'ish, just because he understands it as you put it doesn't make it ok, at least in my opinion.
