Not every game can boast of requiring a good video card for stable operation of the game in the main menu. I have a potato, but far from the oldest.

It's probably because it's rendering/loading the animations in the background.
Edit: Just watched their trailer on twitter, and yeah. The animations are constantly loaded, because she starts walking and idling along with the top-down sprites. Very low chance of an eroge indie dev optimizing that enough for older cards.

What is this, a game for ants? There really needs to be more resolution options
This dev was like "you know those RPGM games where the 'crowded' bar/stripclub/beach/whereever actually only has 2 or 3 character sprites in it? let's do the opposite here, can we fit 5000 sprites into this party?"

I really want to know if more games attempt this "side view" design. I love it in "perfect pair" and I want to see more of it. If anyone knows more games like this or knows if this style of game has a name, please let me know 
What's bugged about that part? You're intentionally not supposed to be able to win or leave until you lose enough.
