Hmmm, windows defender doesn't like that patch. I know auto-translation patches often give false positives, but I've never heard of these guys before. Anyone able to confirm this is legit?

Does this work with the version of the game we have here on f95 or it needs the steam version?
The patch only works for steam version. en-patch for en-version, cn-patch for cn-version.
The content of the steam version should be the same as the dlsite version.
I didn't see any news about new content. Maybe I missed it.

I think some of the translation on the Steam release is worse than with ChatGPT? Also, they, hilariously, drew Rain's vagina upside down when she does the shower masturbation scene, which made me laugh. Minor complaints though.

Yeah, exactly that. I think ChatGPT did a better job of writing English than OtakuPlan did. I can't comment on the fidelity of the translation, but the quality of the English is worse in the official translation than what I remember from the fan translation.
I was afraid of that. My past experience with OtakuPlan is that they have been ... okay? Not bad, certainly better than the older style of MTL, but the Chat GPT model MTL is roughly equivalent to the quality they've produced in the past. A good manual translation can certainly do better, and was what I was hoping for, but looks like that isn't the case and they continue to be mediocre.

if that's the case, dazesomething should have done manual translation just to leave the stigma on using ai translation until it would be accepted
