It's kind of both ways. It's battle sex so you take turns doing sexual stuff to each other, whoever makes the other cum first "loses" the battle. If you lose, the girls keep using you until you're drained dry. If you win, I mean, you just fucked them into orgasm so I guess you just win.
The broader theme however is that the 'heroes' cheated the system by becoming succubi, which prevents them from being physically hurt, only sexually subdued, and they used sex to catch the dark lord (you) by surprise and overthrow him. He then says screw it, whips out his dick, and charges back in full erection.
There are elements of femdom, especially with the way the girls talk to you, but it's not like Monster Girl Quest where almost every sex scene involves dominant girls preying on a submissive Luka,, 99% of which are loss states or pseudo/reluctantly consensual.
The dark lord has no problem dicking down the girls and is pretty dominant about it. I wouldn't put the tag if it were me, but the site's tag system is already vaguely useful at the best of times. There are a ton of game with clear tags that don't have them, or games that have 1/10th of an instance of it as an optional, easy to miss joke and it's the first tag there.
Doesn't sound like this one's for me, but this was extremely helpful in describing the gameplay vibe, especially compared to the somewhat lackluster overview.

Damn, this one's REALLY good. The game does a fantastic job merging the H content with the gameplay so that it's more engaging than "sit still for 30 seconds to see defeat scene" or "perform unrelated task for 3 minutes to see H scene". Also great voices, great character designs. great BGM (Dova Syndrome my beloved), and a pretty good variety of animated art.
Gameplay-wise, only real downside is how labyrinthine the level design gets later in the game. But I was too stubborn to spend a skill slot on Fade. TEC is an extremely strong stat. After getting the EX earrings in stage 6, I had enough TEC that no enemy in the game dealt more than 1 LP damage, making me practically invincible. Felt like a really good reward which let me swap out all my defensive skills for stuff like Dead Calm and Provoke so I could choreograph the battles however I wanted.

It should be connected to a lever, but I cant find the one specifically connected to this one, only another that doesnt help me, regardless of which position its in.
apple rooftop games are mostly like this, although in previous games you had to use an ability you unlock to actually get the scenes in the gallery (its the cum ability you insta unlock here, you had to kill them with it to unlock the gallery scene)
this one is way wayyy easier than all their other ones (there is the insta skip low level ability which lets you just stroll around the last level without wasting time on fights)
another thing worth noting is that their other games have pixel art with this artstyle instead of the smooth art that is seen here
