Patreon is just in denial that their service is mostly used by people pimping porn of all sorts.

You'd think they wouldn't give a shit since they're makings TONS of money from their creators.

Actually anything nude is forbidden now on Patreon and it seems like any website that gets popular enough will do that at some point. Onlyfans was following the same way but they pushed the deadline further, Pixiv has done so last year I think and yeah it's sad, but that's best move for them if they wanna reach a larger audience (though in the case of Onlyfans they'd lose lots of creators and money)

Yeah but it's less restrictive than Patreon though. It's just that every nsfw content need censoring like blurring, pixelizing or just hiding private parts (does not include breast, just vagina, penises and butt holes, as it's been done for every japan porn content for years. Any work not following the rule will be removed. They may slightly slide there. I think they should just implement feature allowing creators to mark the pic as nsfw and let users if they wanna see it or not, and having to click on the picture to reveal it if they want. This can be found on Discord and reddit too and it's convenient.
Not sure if they won't move towards simply forbidding this type of content in the future...
