I think there is a Misunderstanding. Penetration is not a problem for Patreon, forced Penetration is. In any setting were rape is implied Ninjartist would run at a high risk of losing his account.The suggestive theme seems to be acceptable though.
I don't think the Centaur work is that daring, as long as something is clearly visible as consensual and fantasy it's usually ok.
