I know what is hapening.
The girls have like a timer to stay in level.The anoying bug happens, when you "meet" the girl and interact with her, in like a split second of the timer ending. Bug keeps you stuck right there, not able to walk all.
The bug problem is the timer ending at the same time you interact.
Imagine a Chameleon, that can look in diferent directions with his eyes. This game gets an avc when doing that.

Well I think it's like red light and green light. You can move while her head turn.

If you want the full gallery, do the following:

1. Import the provided registry file.
2. Launch the game and make sure the gallery is still empty.
3. Start playing, let one monster catch you, then exit the game and SAVE.
4. Open regedit and go to:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\DefaultCompany\無出口マンション_v1.1

1. Find all the dagap entries created by my .reg file.
2. Change each value to:

00 00 00 00 00 00 F0 3F

1. Go back to the game.
2. Enjoy your unlocked gallery and clap your hands like a happy goblin.

I made a Cheat Engine Table with basic features.

Features:
- Infinite Health
- Infinite Stamina
- Infinite Flashlight Energy

How to use
1. Install

You must be registered to see the links

(in installer decline to install any tools/adware)
2. Extract the No-exit Apartment.CT file from the zip archive
3. Open the CT with Cheat Engine and make sure it runs as administrator
4. Open the game
5. Activate (checkbox) the first script "No-exit Apartment vXY - Table vXY" to attach CE to the game
6. Activate or deactivate features when you want to Enable/Disable them

Tried running normally and as administrator and I get this same error. I have been able to use CE for other games in the past, did so for Hospital Seduction a couple weeks ago.

For a reason the game tells you to put headphones, in case you not doing it.
There are specific sounds, for each girl, that actually gives you time to hide. How can i do that fine, and you can't?
hear footsteps? hear ghostly synth sound? hear what seems a heartbeat or liek someone is walking in the floor above?
those are all signs of what girls are outside.When you stay where you are, hidden, you wait till the screen flashes white, which means the coast is clear, and no girls outside. You might have like 30 seconds, more or less to move around. Maybe a bit more.
You need to understand the game, before actually calling it bullshit.
There are bugs? yes there are, but its playable enough to finish it in one go. I manage to finish it in 3 minutes already. (kinda addicting trying to beat my last time.)

Besides there is an easy mode in the settings.

The game is so buggy. after getting rap*a certain time you can't press anything nor the character is moving or progressing.
currently the bug force me to stuck at the rooftop. I have a crank and animation of MC fixing it and a angel attack and after the scene it disappear and I can't do anything. I can press U or M to open note or map but I can't press ESC or anything else.

Huh. I have been running in Japanese locale for as long as I can remember, double checked just to be sure. (I've been playing these types of games for an embarrassing length of time...since the age of MGQ). The characters display properly in the folder. When I open the process list on CE the name displays as it should with the Japanese characters but when I select it, that's when it becomes all fucked up. I compiled my own instance of CE by following a guide so as to avoid all the ad/bloatware and so far this is the only instance where its not working.
In my research through testing my own games though, I've noticed that a vast majority of them, even the ones which are native japanese, have their .exe files named with an english name. Perhaps there is a system or language setting for CE specifically I do not know about?

Well, here you go.
Your CE is missing something. And since I use the mono feature of CE for Unity games, I guess there is something missing there for you.
And there is no bloat in official Cheat Engine. The official installer offers you some adware, but you can and should just click "Decline" and nothing else will be installed on your system beside CE...

When I interact with her, she asks you to give her something, but just immediately disappears and locks you in place. You're stuck until another girl spawns in and grabs you. Considered the door guard has an animation in the gallery to unlock, I don't think this is intended.

How often have you found her and did it happen every time?
Maybe you interacted with her just before her timer ran out?
You're supposed to advance the dialogue to trigger her scene, this has always worked for me.

Love Afterschool Tag inspyred games, but if Hospital was too hard because of monster spamming, this pretty easy - u can avoid every girl like they're just old baba. Even if u hide in locker right in front of girl's sight, she immediatly lost you. Animations are good, but only one of every girl, and no game over scenes, sad. And despite the fact that it's a legacy, there's no development in gameplay, no traps in lockers, no mimics, no cursed objects, even no girls who force you get out from shelter, just the same game and even worse for the sake of new animations when caught. The biggest issue: only just one level

Man, the locker traps are so crazy good. It had me feeling a certain way when I got caught by one for the first time lmao

Yeah these games are so good, it's a shame there's so few of them. I bet developers could get very creative with the enemies if they wanted to.
