This had a really good vibe to it. Glad I stumbled across it and I'll look forward to playing it again down the line. The mother character is fantastic.

Agreed. Tommy's mom becoming addicted to drugs was the wrong way to go. Instead of her corruption being sourced from MC's actions & behaviour towards her, it is now taken away from us and placed in the hands of the NPC. A shame...That's fine - we just enjoy this AVN for different reasons.
I actually enjoy this AVN more due to what were, IMO, two very good story arcs - Nicole and Tommy's Mom.
The dev gave us multiple women to enjoy, and he made a major character change to Tommys Mom with the latest release - making her much less attractive as one of the women to enjoy (banging a woman on her way to becoming the equivalent of a crack whore is something I have 0 interest in in Any story).
We'll see how the dev closes out his AVN with the next release.

Do yourself a favor and drop in the URM patch instead of the console. It's a single file that works in every Ren'Py game.
For chapter 3. I'm pretty sure I tried everything. I don't know what the last achievement could possibly be.

Get a perfect during the 69 orgasm mini-game with Nicole (drag her to the sofa). That's the stupid mini-game that requires you to press a button when the circle is at the apex.

To be honest, getting the perk the legit way is not worth it since the mini-game is frustrating. You only get extra money for chasing the snatcher. Money won't be a problem if you already have $100 from Tommy and buy/sell the drugs UNLESS you want to buy multiple copies of the white wine, red wine, blindfold and lingerie. White wine is for Eve. Blindfold for Tommy's mom. Red wine and lingerie for Nicole. You're not supposed to buy everything in one save.
If you can't do it, just cheat:
speedguy = 1 , for the SPEED perk
money = 1000000 , for your money
