The mod isn't updated, it hasn't been updated since March. The mod is for v0.17, this is v1.03a.

that seemed to be the issue. removed it and i can select choices to advance the story now.

How'd you uninstall the mod? is there any easy way to do this given the overwrites when installing?

Remove the same files that are part of the mod. So, extract the mod again someplace, check what files are there, go to the game folder and remove the same ones.

If it overwrites the same files, you will need re-extract he game.

Usually Shawn's mods don't overwrite any base games file.

dont remember there being any overwrites. just delete the 'mod' folder entirely followed by the script.rpy, script.rpyc, scriptep5 and scriptep4 and their rpy&rpyc files named similary. just DONT delete the scripts.rpa since thats part of the base game

I cannot extract the downloaded .rar file, I downloaded the game once from gofile and the second time from fastupload, but both the times there was an error in extraction.
Can somebody please help ?

Right sorry, I misremembered there being an overwrite. Deleted those, and can now progress with the game. Thank you both.

Don't use the mod...it is NOT updated for the current version of the game.

no, the game is completed. just delete the multi mod in case youre using it, so you can further progress the game. had the same problem as you
