Start with tequila after the dance go with mojito. You will unlock the third dance after some kickass you will get your love ending.

You can gain 300 in chapter one. Tommy gives you 100 then her mother gives you 200.
Or just use console command
money = 1000

Because these forums are flooded with sensitive types who lose their shit at even the *thought* of any LI being remotely intimate with anbody other than the MC, and if this game left off the NTR tag, as logic (and common sense) would dictate, then that crowd would be all over this thread complaining 10x louder than you are.
