The version on Itch will be the latest version (1.03) along with an additional ending. Approximately 2-3 hrs.

Thanks but I already checked there and I was confused because in your previous reply and also on Itch.io comments, Dev specifically mentioned 'itch' would have the latest version(1.03 with new ending), so I was wondering if steam will later receive that or if its Itch.io exclusive content.

Great! I will be getting it now, and will leave a review as well. Also, just wanted to ask if there is any plan to add NTR content with the Mom, I was really hoping to see more after the prologue scene, maybe even as a optional dlc or in a future game as your animation is top tier and would like to see more of it!

There is such a possibility, but it only applies to people who bought the game at the current price (similar to Steam). Steam doesn't like it when their keys are sold at a lower price.
