She is clearly a step mother. The MC dialogue says things like "you're fucking my father" or whatever.
No way she's 40. The apparent age difference is maybe 5 years if at all.

No that is dom end, the bad end is the official bad end by the developer of the game, when you choose to go for neither love or dom rout, it can be achieved by sleeping instead of going to club with nicole, in this end mc time travels to the time when nicole was younger , in the body of a person hinted earlier and is killed in flashback of dom and love route.
Try it yourself, it exists, you will find it. Also post screenshot of each ending for other so that others can see an end they missed. I have deleted the game so sadly i can't screen shot the series.
