Same, also because I couldn't find it on latest update search which made it a bit weird for me, and apparently now dev has deleted his patreon.
I doubt dev removed it, Patreon likely banned him due to a policy violation of 'rape' in games. Which is funny; there are policies being broken by other Patreon creators as well, but I am sure the bad publicity and over-drama from all the virtual signaling Karens didn't help.

it's posible but you need to have 10 o 12 love points that's you get along the run and try 3 times, after the 4 pose you can try do it with her in the ass until you can get it and when you're in your last pose for example 11/12 do it again with her in the ass and you will cum inside of her ass.

The page here says `Completed` on forum, and I saw the `Upcoming Changes (April/May 2024)` title on subscribestar and thought it was an old post. i guess he mistyped the year.

The story is completed, yes, v1.03a added the extra endings that didn't get added in time for v1.03, along with bug fixes. There is DLC coming which is the "Dark route" and maybe other things now.
Also, completed games can and will have updates depending on the game. DLC for instance.
