Gentleman: When you surprise mom after her shower you have the option to type something. Be friendly and type "hello".
I take both: (iirc) There's one scene in ep4 in which you could chose to go down on her or let her make blow you again - you have to do both (first go down on her and don't say a thing and then make her blow you).
Conqueror: You have to use all her holes in the final scene - including anal (try 3 times) ... I also believe anal has to be the last thing you do.
There is no sister. Dev said it as well in one of their statements. It's only prove that these idiots did not even play the game at all.
First you have to go love or dom route. After watching the ending play again and try to get an undefined ending (don't have sex with her in any way ... so not in the club and not in her sleep). You will know when you unlocked it since it is completely crazy.
I love this game. The choices, game route, story. Dev really put some thoughts into it.

Could you explain a little more? I believe I got all the scenes but I dont know of a secret one thats crazy. maybe some details about the ending?

You are missing all the domination scenes.
After Tommy just want to have fun comes the domination end scene in the club under it is the morning dom scene and on the next window are all the Dom endings I to III.

The one after Episode 6 nicole Love Ending is the Nightstalker Scene, doant go to the club instead go to "sleep" but you have to give Tommy hard drugs before.
The one after Episode 4 Ending Lust is on the Balcony, it requires: offering 2 times the cigarette, comment that you like it if she takes something from you in the mouth, looking at her legs, asking how she is and commenting on her drinking, then you should be able to grab her head and get it. Doant know if you need hard dom before for bonus points or not, i hope it helps.
