About 1.05
Hey!
Patch 1.05 will be the next and final update for NM.
We're not saying that nothing will ever happen again in the world of Nicole, John, and the main character — but for now, we're shifting our focus to the development of a completely different game.
Short Info About Version 1.05:
We originally aimed to release the patch by the end of May — but unfortunately, we didn’t make it. There’s just too much going on around the game that isn’t directly related to development. We've received over a thousand messages — many of them asking for help with installation, payments or other issues. On top of that, there's all the tax paperwork, and what we needed most: a proper mental break after everything that's happened.
- We're not changing the main story (except for a slightly improved ending with John – we added a few renders that were clearly missing).
- A new character will appear (in two scenes).
- Some bugfixes
- The gallery will also include endings so everyone can check if they've seen everything or if there's still something they haven't discovered.
- In Episode 6, a completely different ending will be introduced, based on the choices you made in the previous episode. This scene will also affect the ending of Episode 7.
Yes – there will be a new ending!
And it's something a lot of people requested or were hoping to see.
PS. Yes, Nicole will appear in the new ending.
PS2. No, it’s not a pregnancy.
The new patch will be released in June, although we can’t give you an exact date yet.

Work on the new game is still in the story and character development phase. We really like what we have so far, but it’s way too early to share anything concrete — and it’ll probably stay that way for a while. We want to create something more ambitious while keeping that No Mercy vibe in the new title.
And let’s be honest — we officially can’t reveal the title yet because... well, there are just too many people out there trying to make things difficult for us right now.
But you’ll recognize it’s our game from a certain detail… or character…

Short news/info about 1.05 Part 2
Tomorrow some additional information will appear regarding the new patch 1.05 we're still working on. At the moment there are 4 new scenes, and we'd like to add two more so that everyone is satisfied.
We're working on two titles simultaneously, which means you'll just have to wait a little while longer.
By the way, we're getting new hardware (significant upgrade!) because the renders in the new game require a somewhat better computer...

It seems to be based around the Shota fetish, which is disappointing to see after No Mercy's "adult" MC...

I don't like the fact that you can't be dominant and compassionate at the same time, depending on the situation... If you try to be both, the story leads to a bad epilogue 
It's as if the game is trying to bully you into one of two molds, and reality is never so sharply polarized.. I would like it to be more nuanced, with an end that allows shades of gray and not just a simple black and white worldview. But I guess the dev is a kid, without much life experience, which is perhaps a good thing cos it gives him room to grow and develop through the next games... Solid 7/10 Keep growing!

Not his worst idea...
Because with the shota genre he's picking up all the gen z women who hated NM
Because they love to mold underage boys the way they want them to be (and I think over 80% of those poor boys become sissy's)
And they can exert dominance on the boys and are the dominant part in the "relationship", they like that a lot
they don't like steadfast men at all (anymore)

Which means that shota is going to be anything but submissive...

Patch Release Date
Hey!
Sorry we haven't been in touch - the new hardware caused some issues when we were transferring everything over. We ended up losing access to several OLDER files, which will probably make it impossible for us to do a remaster (though we weren't even planning one right now anyway). We only lost about 10% of the newer files, but nothing major and nothing we can't quickly recreate. Getting our accounts back was more of a headache since our security setup sometimes makes us wait 6 to 24 hours.
On the bright side - we're looking at July 20th for the patch release on Subscribestar (Steam release the day after, then a few days later it'll be available on the website for everyone).
The SubscribeStar version will be standalone, while the one released later on the website for everyone will require having the previous version (you'll just replace the files in place of the old ones)
That's still not a final date and might get pushed back slightly, but we're doing our best to stick to it.
BTW. while we were moving everything around, we found a file with 20 Steam keys. We're planning to give 5 to our biggest subscribers, 5 to our most loyal fans, we'll keep 5 for ourselves, and we'll figure out some way to randomly give away the other 5 (still working out the details on that one).
Sorry for the delay, unfortunately it wasn't possible to finish this earlier for many reasons.
