Unfortunantly this is a known issue with any music originally provided through Artist.io They made a change to their Licensing terms about a year ago and added an anti-pornography clause, which invalidated the licensing for many developers who were using their service. At least one Dev learned of this the hard way when his game was removed from steam for licensing breaches and at least some of his sales were refunded.
The majority of music licensing companies have some version of an anti-porn or even in some cases anti-nudity clauses. This makes procuring music a pain for us devs, especially those, like myself, who are just starting and have very little support. But we also know how importaint the right music can be for setting the mood in a game.
RC, myself, and several other devs are seeking work arounds. Some Devs have gone to hireing local musicians to write and record music specifically for their work. Others are contacting each artist individually and securing licensing on a one at a time basis. Both of those options are time consuming. I am running down leads with multiple other companies looking for licensing conpany with no anti-porn clause. May have found one through Shutterstock of all places. If it pans out I will share this info with RC and a number of other Devs who are also dealing with this issue.
