To me Art Class makes more sense, as much as he says he's going to break the stereotypes... computer science isn't tipically where you find the hotties...
Art class feels more natural for the pretty students who need learn how to be "more comfortable" with their bodies... all in the name of artistic expression of course

Hi everyone,
I need your input on one final decision before I can start planning the next game!

Thanks to the previous polls, we’ve decided that the next game will be No More Homework, featuring a teacher in his late 20s as the main character. However, I still need to decide what subject he teaches.

I have two scenarios in mind, both of which I love equally and think offer exciting possibilities. In either case, the game will focus on an extracurricular activity that he undertakes with a group of his brightest students. Here are the options:

1. Computer Science
  • In addition to his regular duties like teaching, grading papers, tutoring struggling students, and occasionally "forgiving" certain students for missed homework, the teacher will collaborate with a select group of students to create a hyper-realistic video game.
  • The plot of the video game being created will depend on the your choices as they guide the main character's interactions with his students. These choices will shape not only the game’s story but also the relationships he builds with his students—leading either toward corrupting their innocence or fostering deep, romantic connections.
2. Art Class
  • As the art department at this college is small, our teacher’s class will cover a wide range of creative disciplines: painting, photography, sculpture, screenwriting, digital art, and film/video production.
  • The extracurricular activity will center on making a successful movie, but the movie’s plot will be decided by the player’s choices. These decisions will influence not only the type of story being filmed but also the dynamics between the teacher and his students—leading either to moments of corruption or the blossoming of genuine affection and love.
3. Other
  • If neither of these ideas resonates with you, feel free to suggest an alternative! I’ll try to come up with another concept if enough of you prefer a different direction.
A Few Notes:
Regardless of which scenario wins, the game will feature a diverse cast of students. If you choose computer science, you won’t just see stereotypical "nerdy" characters; and if you choose art class, it won’t be filled solely with "hipster artist" types. I want to include as many different character archetypes as possible to keep things interesting.

The final decision will be made based on multiple factors, including your current tier, how long you’ve been supporting the project, and other contributions you've made. I’ll be considering all of this when choosing the winning scenario to ensure that everyone’s input is valued!

Bests,
Jason

It is not a bad idea. I hope the game follow the same format of "Bad Teacher" game.

Sex ed. :) He could be a Gym teacher, we never see that... lots of possibilities there. But that wouldn't fit in with the "homework" theme. A foreign language class, like French might be useful, as there are plenty of reasons for a home visit to tutor a student. Or them to come to him. I can see Art class with lots of possibilities, but not computer science, unless they're doing graphics or visual novels, which would be funny.

My younger sister is in college (she's an adult with children, in her 50s) and she was telling me how these younger guys always flock around her (she's not a bad looking girl). I told her that was because she is a MILF. ;) She returned to take wordworking, home building, that sort of thing as she is a tomboy type who likes to use her hands. Anyhow, that could be an interesting class. She likes her teachers, and I could definitely see some interesting stories about the MILF playing with the younger (of age) student's... "WOOD" ;p

So why would you suggest a class in college with the smallest chance to meet any girls at all? :HideThePain:
Girls will be in both classes and they will be diverse in both, its not going to be super realistic to real life, Dev said.

I prefer the art class, cause as a film major, i like the movie idea, but it looks like we will be heading towards computer class.

Did you see where he said he was going to go against stereotypes? And again, the art thing has already been done well past ad nauseum.

No, I didn't actually bother to read it. But the stereotype about computer science actually happens to be true in most cases. There was one girl per ~15 guys in our group in the beginning of 1990's and that trend hasn't changed much since then.
A non-mandatory computer science class full of girls might be just a bit too much to be believable. :HideThePain:

If he wants a lot of girls in the class then have MC be a home economics teacher.

Why not a History teacher? Get into the raunchy details of Roman Orgies, or how utter depraved and a slut Cleopatra was in real life... go through the decadence of what happens at the fall of empires - heck all you have to do is watch Caligula to see what happened :)

There's a reason why people choose art more often, it's just a way more natural setting that lends itself to creating the perfect circumstances without feeling forced.
I take that over the suppoused originality of computer science.

That's not bad, and history tends to filled with girls.
Even if it doesn't come to pass something like that can be easily used for a lesson (specially in art), use a book on that era for a lesson, inspiration for the movie...

Weekly Report 271 - No More Money.png

Hi everyone,
How are doing?
First, I want to apologize for posting this late. I really hoped to finish posing the scenes by now, but there are still quite a few left, and it’s getting pretty late. However, I’m optimistic that I’ll wrap this up by Monday. Once that’s done, I can focus on testing and debugging.
I also need to explain why the "Animations Rendered" bar went down. As you know, we posed the animations long before working on the other scenes, but we encountered some consistency issues between the text, the static scenes, and the animations. In some cases, I adjusted the text or the static images to match the animations, but in others, I had to re-render the animations. I sincerely apologize for this.
On the bright side, I can start debugging with the older animations while the re-rendering is ongoing. Hopefully, by the time all the new animations are done, the game will already be fully tested.
On the writing side, we still need to finish proofreading and tweak a few details here and there, but nothing too major.
I can’t give an exact release date for the new episode yet, but it will be soon.

Best regards,
Jason
