Thank goodness parents on this side of the world aren't fucked up like that and aren't quite so quick to kill the children they love.Wait, so you are telling me you slapped on your mom's ass??
No way you could survive any other way.
How are you alive?? childrens have died for far less. Must be America, Asian parent kill you for disrespect
Delete the saves and persistent file from the appdata folder AND the 'saves' folder inside the 'game' folder.I apparently played this game back in 2023 but want to start over. All previous things that were unlocked are still unlocked. I already deleted the renpy folder from AppData/Roaming, but they are still there. Is there some way I can remove the unlocked memories and achievements?
That did the trick, thanks for the quick reply.Delete the saves and persistent file from the appdata folder AND the 'saves' folder inside the 'game' folder.
If you only deleted appdata, and opened the game they have already synced back in there and will need to be deleted again.
Delete in both places and then reopen game.
Yes, it's there in memory and still locked, but the game skip it. I've played the latest version until s3e6 screen shows "coming soon" and then immediately s4e1 show up with Toby waking up in his home instead with Charlotte in the hotel. I've been playing with only this version v4.1.1 S4 Ep.1 GE save from the beginning. I'm using both audio and webp restoration patch. Not missing, it's right there..

well.....
as soon as the announcement came that the games dead I deleted all files.
the game is dead, why do people still want to play have 1/2 a story ?
no one would buy a 1/2 finished book
You beat me to it. And said it much more eloquently than I would have.
No the game has not been announced as "dead". It's a temporary pause due to a major unforseen event in the developer's life. We don't know what that event was, nor do we know if or when the project will be resumed. All we know is that development is paused and it has not been announced as "dead" or abandoned. Here's the announcement. Please read it.
TL,DR : Indeterminate future != dead . Regardless of the status of this VN though, there is still plenty of good content in it worth playing through v4.1.1, and it's still better than 98% of the low effort garbage on F95. That's why people still play and follow No More Money.
If you've already deleted your saves though, then a better question is why are you still in this thread bugging people? If you're really done with NMM, then you can easily play one of the aforementioned garbage bin games and ask dumb questions in those threads instead of this one.
That surprises me. I've supported one creator who has had billing paused since last summer, without any issues. And I'm pretty sure I've read of other creators that have done multi-month pauses without anyone complaining about being charged.According to Patreon : ' you can put a pause on billing your members for a month at a time. ', moment of truth comes in March. If subscription payment pauses again, then the story is on hold; otherwise either the story continues or something is fishy(watch your wallet).
They just have to log in to Patreon and request another pause, it automatically starts billing again the following month unless the creator extends it, but they can't say "pause for six months" and just leave it as that. That surprises me. I will take that as a nice "proof of life" then that the other dev I supported that is currently paused is still planning to start another game and just hasn't gotten far enough along to announce it.They just have to log in to Patreon and request another pause, it automatically starts billing again the following month unless the creator extends it, but they can't say "pause for six months" and just leave it as that.
Yeah, it seems a bit odd actually, because if the creator wants to pause for six months, they have to log in to Patreon each month to extend it. However, if a creator actually goes AWOL, because they won't be logging in each month, their Patreon would start billing again...I will take that as a nice "proof of life" then that the other dev I supported that is currently paused is still planning to start another game and just hasn't gotten far enough along to announce it.
I am applying the same reasoning here.
Nothing odd about it. If dev is AWOL people will stop being a patron to them, if you allow them to do that the switch without paying then you'll lose money. Think about it like last squeeze of dying cow. Cow is dying anyway, why would you show mercy and let all the milk go waste?Yeah, it seems a bit odd actually, because if the creator wants to pause for six months, they have to log in to Patreon each month to extend it. I wish that was true. Not that I've spent money on them, but following a game on here that still has ~3,000 patrons despite not having delivered a full update that was supposedly ready in 2023.Nothing odd about it. P.S. Not about this game but for the general idea behind the rule.

Yep, exactly that. You might think that it would never happen, because you pay close attention to every last thing you have a direct debit or other regular payment for, but in reality, some people will go months and even more before they even notice they're not seeing anything for something they're paying for.I wish that was true.
