Only joking. You start the game from the explorer. doubleclick on the file nomoremoney.exe, this file is in the main directory.

Create a new folder for it somewhere where you have writing permissions (that is, without the need to act as an administrator), i.e. desktop, documents, anywhere under %userprofile%.
Then extract the zip file into that folder.
Then run the executable NoMoreMoney. If you can see known file extensions, it has an exe extension.

Hi guys,
How is everybody doing?
First of all I want to apologize for not making a weekly report last Friday, but last week I was able to make only two animations or so, the progress bar barely moved, but this week I've managed to do more progress. Things are not looking good, but I'm trying to get this episode out as fast as possible. I have almost finished the most complex animations in the game, so the rest should be easier to do. Once I finish the event I'm working on, the rest of the episode will come easier.

Hi guys,
How is everybody doing? I hope you all had a wonderful week.
PROGRESS STATUS
I have underestimated the amount of work there is for this episode, however I have good news. I have found a really good animator and slowly but surely we are finding common ground and things are going better, but even so, there is still a lot of work.
I have made like 200 renders this week and he made around 5 animations, yet the progress bar barely moved.
That being said I wish you all an amazing weekend and we'll talk next week.

Good news on the animator - sounds like that's been the biggest hurdle for the dev. Would be great if he can offload a significant portion of the animation tasks as long as the animator can do the same level of quality.
