I guess it would be the same way, but changed to something different. So you'd want to edit the relationships.rpy file (which is basically what the IPatch is). There, you'd be able to put in whatever you want for the relationships. I've never edited one of these files personally, so I don't know all the details for doing it, but I understand it might require the Unren program?
search for the relations.rpy in the game folder or download the incest patch. open the file with any texteditor you have and set the relations to whatever you want.
Even easier - I didn't realise it could be edited in notepad (I've checked other game files that I thought were the same filetype and they are not compatible).

I believe the MC made that assumption about Emma, but was to afraid to tell her and that would have been a shallow relationship had that been the case. Emma rebuked him telling him that was not the case and Loved him for him and not his money. That's a game changer in my book and only ingratiates me more to pursue that relationship to its furthest extent. It has been awhile since I've played the game, if I have made mistakes forgive my poor memory.
