Pretty good game overall so far, dev is clearly showing improvement with each game. Couple things that bothers me in this one is that the dev gave Emma breast implants starting Season 2, it kind of ruined her for me. Also Tris saying she hates gold diggers but she acts like one sure is something else. Also i really hope Katrina doesn't do something to Tris, like corrupt her (that's my job hehe) or even worse, hurt her in any way now that she's working for her (at least in my playthrough). Its a cool plot point but its making me uneasy.

How are you all doing? I hope you all had an amazing weekend.
PROGRESS STATUS
This week, I focused mainly on posing scenes while rendering the animation overnight. I managed to prepare more than 150 scenes this week. However, given how big this episode is, it barely made a significant impact on the progress bar.
That being said, since I'm feeling a lot better, I’m confident that next week I’ll be able to create even more images. Hopefully, by the end of next week, I’ll have all the animations fully rendered so I can start rendering the other scenes.

I think the only connection is it's the same dev. There's no story or character connection that I am aware of.

At some moment Tris mentions some female-teacher having an affair with students, there were no direct names - but I think she was talking about Dianna from No More Secrets, so we can assume that it's the same Uni at least.
At some moment another character was mentioned as well - smth about principal being arrested because of drugs dealing.
On the other hand - I started playing NMM right after finishing NMS long ago, so maybe I was just imagining things (still under NMS impression)

I think technically it takes place in the same world he stated, just like his next game No more Homework will. But there really isn't too many connections. Just a couple I think.

And yes, Tris also said that previous principal was arrested for drugs stuff.
So, it's the same city and college.
But other than that - it's a different story.

Maybe we should shift the responsibility to the players then.
The AVN devs should just "suggest" a list of songs that they think would sound good in each scene/moments, and players will try to find songs that they "own" themselves that "sound similar" ?
let's be honest, this is a pirate forum. devs should try to make use of it too, instead of it being just a one way street. if the issue is raised enough, maybe the licence terms will change later.
Many artists are get a new audience and fans when popular games include their work. especially since those fans are emotionally attached to the songs, even if they are mediocre.
the artists themselves watch porn. so the hypocrisy is funny.
feels like we're back to the napster era debates
music is what makes any great scene unforgettable. it's half the experience.
anyway, tried the game but stopped at the start of episode 18 where music is no more even with the mod. it literally removed all motivation to continue the game even though I know the next scenes are with Emma, Lisa and Lauren.
Up to that point, the game is quite decent. it start with really bad writing, or at least really bad English. there is a sharp improvement during season 2. it's like there are suddenly a competent proofreader, and a good editor that understood the dev's intent. and just as the writing and English improve in season 2, the overall quality of the game also improves, even the music is better matching each scene.
So if anyone is thinking of dropping the game in the middle of season 1, maybe endure a bit until season 2.
Characters feel sufficiently different from each other, though they all overuse the "Now I'm curious" sentence.
Branching is simple at its core, but there are lots of variations on scenes to make it feel different. though monogamous players seem to have significantly less content.
This game is not tagged as a harem yet, but it feels like it is heading in that direction. maybe only because all the girls involved don't know about each other and only one or two actually know about one or two others ? for now it's all cheating, except for Emma and maybe Lauren a bit.
Darlene and Katrina don't seem to care about the other girls being with MC, except for each other, even though it could have been interesting to push for MC joining the couple's fun times early in the relationship to make him closer to the intrigue and secrets.
I stopped at the most frustrating time, because MC seems powerless against his current problems. But it feels like there are still stuff he could do without the antagonist's notice that can threaten her. I'm sure it's all because the story is about of his youth and inexperience even though he tries to pass as a responsible adult while failing miserably.
Lisa and Lauren feel like they are missed opportunities, or huge untapped potential. their backstory (up to where I stopped at least) seems quite shallow and lacking even though there is a very good base to work with.
the focus seems to be on the incest relationships so I won't hold my breath for out of family girls, even if it will be a disappointment at the end of the game.

You have music? I played through everything in this game and never heard a single hint of music, or any sound for that matter other than the when phone messages are scrolling. Apart from the main menu music. As for the story, yes Lisa and Lauren do feel unutilized and yes the main family characters seem to be the most of the focus here but that's because they are main love interests alongside Emma if you don't dump her, i feel like Lauren and Lisa are side girls even though they can be MC's girlfriends. Tris and Charlotte are the best girls anyway and are naturally the center of the story, yes incest is one of the main fetishes of this game. NGL, I wouldn't mind at least one more good Emma scene before the end. I'd like to see Emma in full cuckquean mode. Just imagine a threesome with Tris and Bea with Emma secretly watching, and then afterwards have her gush about it until MC fucks her so hard she forgets her name
yeah I had music in every scene up to episode 18. good music even. some songs were also used in other popular games too.
I used the audio restoration mod that restores the music that was removed because of the licensing changes, though.
Emma has about as many scenes as Lisa and Lauren, but she is better used. though she is forced on the players as the official girlfriend at the start, and you can't take a break and then go back to her once she moves in the city (would have been more interesting than straight up cheating and forgiving).
what did you mean back then ? you can get back with either of them long before that if you told them the truth. but you need to break up with Emma.

Hi guys,
I hope you all had an amazing weekend.
PROGRESS STATUS
This week was a good week. I managed to do more than 250 renders. There are still at least two events I need to prepare, but we're getting closer to wrap this episode up.
In order to progress a bit faster I have rented a server to help me with rendering the animations, while I focus a bit on the static images.
That being said, looking what is left from this episode, I am almost positive that the first episode of season four will be released before Christmas.
