I had the same problem. I loaded up an autosave instead of my main save and it worked for some reason.

Remove the mod first. Try loading older saves instead of the last save file. That worked for me. Start from the beginning of Tris lewd scene of the previous episode.

And, believe it or not. You can install the mod again and it will be working!!!!

I tried it with the mod, without the mod... Didn't work. Loading an autosave did. I blame gremlins.

Nah, gofile is usually the fastest one, 6GB only take a couple of minutes. Mega is a good alternative, but Gofile is better.

Ever thought if the UPLOADERS have an account at mega?

Anyway, you asked a question, I tried my best to answer. Of course I can only make assumptions.
At the end of the day people are not stupid by default, they chose working solutions. I really can't complain about any of the hosts. Some are faster, some take a bit longer. I usually don't care, since put them in the que of my download manager on my NAS and let it do it's thing. The available selection of hosts is ok. If they add Mega, so be it. But the rest works as well.
