You didn't expect a reply, but your statement is simply so misinformed and possibly influenced by some people who have only seen cows on pictures or videos and have also zero competence in mammal anatomy, that as a country boy I just couldn't leave it this way there.You would show that you have a heart and not put the cow through more pain...And would you drink milk from a dying cow?Don't bother replying.
FYI, milking is not a painful process for a cow, unless the teats are damaged, quite the opposite. However, leaving a milking cow with an udder full of milk can be very painful. Milking would relieve this pain, not cause any additional kind.
Any woman who has children would know this from personal experience.

Absolutely. Just purchase and download all of the assets (models, plugins, filters, accessories, etc.) from the Daz store with appropriate game publishing licenses, learn how to use the modeling and animation software, learn how to code in Ren'Py, and purchase music and audio effects files that you want to use.
You really need to start on that now and not put it off.
As someone who is playing some catch-up here (was just thinking today how much I was looking forward to new NMM content over most other games and decided to check in :/ ) the game is obviously on hold but aside from knowing the dev is still kicking around (since they logged in to pause patreon again) we don't have any additional info about the likelihood (or not) of continuation beyond what was in the 'on hold' announcement right?
Just to throw my opinion on the pile in case RC sees them, been a huge fan of the game and hope to see more if it (or your other work) but in the meantime obviously take care of yourself and do what you gotta do.
