Well if the devs stopped trying to recreate porn instead of an adult game with a story maybe they wouldn't burn out or hate their own creations. His first game had MMF which is what I would have been embarrassed about. Now if he picks this back up will he just do the simp F95 dev trick and make the women lesbos at the end? I'd rather he just give up than ruin the game trying to pander to simps. Sure some of the characters would fit that but devs usually just paint the whole game with lesbos and call it a day. I guess we'll see.
i think its very easy to say that as someone that doesnt have kids (this is me assuming you dont have kids)
i do know that if i had kids i wouldnt play these kind of games and i definitely wouldnt make them, so i can understand him, but i guess everyones just different

I'm glad to see that NMM is back on. As an Emma fan, I was hoping to see some development into the cuckquean subplot with her, but I'm guessing that might be one of the things that count as "filler content" in this case. Now I'm just hoping that she at least gets at least one more good scene before the end 
It's hard to tell what exactly counts as filler content though. There are a lot of character arcs and subplots that are still unresolved as of this last update. I'm guessing some few of those are going to have to get cut so that the main story plot regarding the family situation and Kat get resolved. Not sure Lauren, Lisa, or Shiela are super high priority anymore.

Just slap a montage on the next episode with Tris, Charlotte and the MC walking off into the sunset.

Sheila is tied to Kat's subplot, so she has to stay as a character, even if she gets no lewds going forward. Lisa and Lauren can be safely dropped, though it's hard to admit as a Lisa fan (who didn't have the nerve to drop Emma lol).

Have some mixed feelings regarding all of this, had no ideia he gave up due to suddenly becoming ashamed of the incest part of the story. Not sure how that happens this far into it, seems like a weird reason to me.
Then reading about how he will cut stuff out to finish quickly while also losing a lot of stuff during his meltdown...not sure if getting a shit ending is better than letting it stay in limbo with what we have.

People can like these types of stories for different reasons, and it's not that hard to separate fiction from reality...unless you have deeper issues.
I think Charlotte should be more dominant regarding mc/daughter and start practicing bdsm in a light way.
Don't care about Charlotte - don't want to even play a literal motherfucker in a game. Also - need to see Katrina get her just desserts (jail or killed.)
Yeah, top priority, convince Triss and Charlotte to agree to a throuple... if the aunt wants to join the family fun times it's a nice bonus, same thing for Bea...
Emma can watch if she likes, doesn't really matter to me.

Damn, some nasty responses to the game’s abandonment, and as a big hater of this game, I have something to say:
Some people are so entitled/selfish/malicious/self-centered that can't understand a simple concept that people change, especially if they have kids, but of course most people here wouldn't understand, they just ordinary loners who have no real human contact 24-7, so it actually takes one to understand that having people in your life changes your mindset, the way you see things.
Other people are nearly demanding/threatening the developer to continue writing something his mind is not into it anymore, to the point they proposing an IP sell ... when they also fail to understand another simple concept in writing, what makes people connect to certain games are the characters, their personalities and the way they weave it into the MC's life, and though I'm not particularly fond of any characters here, they clearly represent something to A LOT of other people, transferring the IP to another entity would require a new writer, that may or may not understand the characters here, it's like Berserk now being written by Miura's assistants, they're not Miura's they are them and can only do so much.
Lastly, "can't separate fiction from real" for the player its way easier to disassociate your mind from the "it's just a fiction" idea, for writers, they use REAL LIFE experiences, and for those who grow a consciousness, it hits harder than you think.
Either way, the game will resume its development so be happy with that achievement I guess, as long as Katrina wins in the end that's all that matters

Yeah, don't understand, and that apology should come with a full fucking refund. It's called "fiction," it separates fact from fantasy, and it's why tens of thousands of authors have been able to write stories about murder and mayhem without actually committing any murders or mayhem. Fuck sakes.
